I say NO CAGE!! haha the 05 was supposed to be a relateable street build that hauls, and drag races occasionally. Furthermore, last time you wanted to make it a full on race truck you mentioned that since its a crew cab it weighs more so it will always be slower. also, its just suuuuuch a clean truck to cut up. plus its just going to take more time away from the first gen and the future full on drag truck. Caging the 05 would turn into cutting up the cleanest third gen around to make it a race truck that wont beat many other trucks, and will be quickly forgotten because the next drag truck will take every moment of your time next season. that being said, even if it gets a cage, still my fav channel on youtube.

Don’t put a cage in it. You’ll regret it after the drag truck is done. Remember how long you’ve had the truck and all the work that has gone into it. Once it has a cage it will just be different and I think you would regret it later.

Building mine as we speak... gonna be a daily driver 700ish horsepower and it will NOT be black or have any weird powder coat colors, stacks or stretched tires. It has a 6” lift, 22” Moto Metals and 37” Nitto Trail Grapplers and general bolt-ons currently!

I have a request. Was wondering if you could do a video on your tuner and the gauges and what your monitoring and the ranges. For instances. I have a MM3 running emissions tuned and I'm monitoring ECT and using the mm3s stock ranges. My ECT at 198 degrees is in the red. So what should I change the range too so normal temp isn't red. Things like that. Or do you have a link to a tutorial? Thanks

The vent is the crank case ventilation, and if it's blowing oil, it's either the rings are seated, or the RPM's are too high.
