It broke me down when hearing Shaykh Hamza go into tears when he mentioned about "adab" that we, the new generations of Malays, sometimes take things for granted for what we have traditionally possessed meanwhile he himself is living every day in the western lifestyle do always feel like the world has lost the sense of humaneness and good manners. He is my everyday-to-listen-to Shaykh! He definitely knows stuff, even about the dirty social politics of the country, healthy practice of religion, "Orang Asli", etc. A Bruneian listener here, btw! i am a Malaysian... i'm not sure when was this interview taken but what Sheikh Hamza talked about what is happening in Malaysia now is not wrong... some of us took things for granted until to the stage of "kufur nikmat" and demanded for more... in the end... the "hikmah" has shown itself... . nothing is perfect in life... but we must not take things for granted what we're having in hands... count our blessings while it last...

So what if you add holy place of Islam Like Makkah, Madina Shareef , shrine of owliya and sahaba and the other .... That would be more attractive to watch and listen too ... As a revert with a Christian background I feel this is the problem with my Christian family members. They would read something clearly in their book but let the paster tell them something different and they will take the plasters advice over their own logic. May Allah protect us.

Assalaam Alaiykum I think the shiekh is saying we need to get advise about understanding the hadith from a teacher as they have studied the Quran for many years and have a better understanding of it. The reason people are using the beautyful name of Islam in there bad acts is beacuse they never understood the truth sayings of the hadiths. That's what I believe anyway. Hope that helps u. if you are an arab still you need a teacher if u are non arab you read translations.... some translations are diffrent than others and can mean something else completely.... so i think he is saying get the right translations of Scholars who follow any 1 of the 4 madhabs and who respect the Prophet Salalahualihiwasalam his Companions and the Auliya of Allah RadiAllahuanhum Ajmaeen.

@@ShaikhaInk There are several hadith on the grave. Don't stick to one hadith, don't give opinion /judgement based on one hadith, you have to be mufti to give fotua.... "The dead person is put into the grave. If he is a good person, he is placed in the grave without anxiety or fear. Then, he is asked; "What was your religion?". He answers; "I was in the religion of Islam". Then, he is asked; "Who is that man (the Messenger of Allah (pbuh)?". He says; "He is Muhammad (pbuh), the Messenger of Allah. He brought us obvious verses from Allah; and we approved him. Then they ask him;Have you seen Allah? He says: "Nobody is worthy of seeing Allah." After those questions and answers, a window on the side of the fire is opened. When the dead person looks at it, he sees that the flames of the fire try to beat one another. Then, he is told; "Look at the fire that Allah protected you from. Then a window on the side of Paradise is opened. This time, he looks at the ornaments and bounties of Paradise. He is told; "That place is your position; then, he is told; "You were on a sincere belief, you died on that sound belief and inshaallah (God willing) you will be revived on that belief." (Ibn Majah, Zuhd, 32). May Allah guide you

yes, without teacher, reading hadith is prohibited. because if someone does so, he will know the truth 😅 Quran and hadith are given to read. We should read Hadith and Quran and the interpretation from scholars. If we are stuck with some hadith, we should take advice from scholars. In order to reading hadith with scholars, most of the general people keep distance from hadith and Quran because they think its very difficult to find scholar and manage time for it. Its not a good practice. Everyone should read Quran and Hadith books and interpretations from scholars. Furthermore, following one imam blindly (talqid) is prohibited and its not a sunnah from sahabi and tabeyis as well. They used to go different sahabis for the same hadith. Thats why, we find the same hadith with different narrators as well.
