even if i'm being a super pedantic asshole, I can honestly not say at all that it is impossible that there aren't squads of NLs singing in that spiteful mocking way that they literally always are. even in like, 10th company. even in like, krieg acerbus's warband. there is no way you don't have at least one cyrion out there who has a bunch of other cyrions in his squad. the more I think about it the more you're right. Damn I clicked on this expecting a meme, but this was really good. A lot of these lines would fit in a dead serious song about the Night Lords. "I am the 'who' when you call 'who's there?'." sounds like something you could actually catch Curze saying to someone to freak them out. And yet it still nails the "Night Lords Disney Song" feel. Normally I'd just silently appreciate, but this thing *needs* more engagement so it can spread to more people.

my headcannon is konrad asking fulgrim for help to compose the music and also sanguinius (without telling him for what was). Guilliman made the budget for the recordings and distribution, perturabo and rogal built the instruments and gear (while perturabo boasting how much better HIS gear was better than dorn's), Alpharius leaked the song to spread it everywhere, Vulkan is torned between been a suportive brother and a horrified brother.
