Hey Jack a tip from my own J3 save. Look at the nationalities that count as non-foreign. I was very successful with Singaporeans and Indonesians until I reached J1 and they usually ask for much lower wages too.

Look further afield for transfers… your full backs are crap. Should have the money to expand your scouting or try individuals who look good in the positions you need

Yep, put your scouting net wider, you have 3 slots available for foreign players, you could find some gems around. Take one week and up your scouting, you might find some really good players who would be first choice!!!

1) Could you expand your scouting range for a week or two to have a wider range of players to look at? 2) What about looking at the dream 11 of the league below you, maybe they have some great depth options for LB/RB/ST? Couldn't hurt to see the level of players for the top teams

Man, Morino was perfect for your needs! I think the 200 weekly was really low for his caliber, maybe twice as much would have made him agree instantly to sign. You let go a bunch of players who were in the 300-500 weekly range.

My Japan save went downhill.. Took over a side a division lower than you, Nippon Express. Went well, but when I got to Football League, I still had to play in the promotion group to go to the Football League, even tho I just won Football League with Nippon.. a few season later I just got promoted to J2, but the new season wont start.. I play in the cups as usual, but the league still says J3 and 38 games played, and I'm in July now.. so wont be a new season .

Sakihana is a very good depth option. Plays both sides, strong with both feet good tackling, passable pace, very good mentals, likes big games, is consistent. He could be a sleeper Azpilicueta of J3

You know what I think would be neat, if you were able to play one game, or even one friendly if your transfer special goes two parts. So we can see the new guys right when it is fresh in our mind what it took to bring them in etc. Just a thought, its also great just as it is. I guess I'm just spoiled and want more work the space content.

Luiz Carlos Brazilian DL reccommended by my DoF. Young, fast and cheap. Not great in other attributes but he is one of the highest rated players in most of the matches. I am really satisfied with him. I've also reached J3 and I'm struggling to keep him for another year. Edit: put your wingers forward, no more good mrls. And yes, you will not probably find good defenders.. check the univercities and the players they release and hope you will find anyone decent
