Had a couple of people ask about the lack of Football Manager content this week! I have had a chesty cough since last Thursday, which has left me unable to record new videos and itderailed my birthday plans for the weekend just gone too. Yesterday was the first day I could talk, and given it was F1 Manager launch day, streaming took priority. Once I finished, my voice was shredded, and right now, with the little voice I have, streams have to take priority. FM content will resume once I'm at 100%. I'm not sure exactly when that will be, but in the meantime, edits of F1 Manager streams will be coming to the channel, the first of which dropped last night. Sorry to the FM lovers, appreciate your patience!

you did get an inbox item for the stadium in the last episode. its due to the elague requirements. J2 is Mininum Capacity of 10000 with at least 8000 seated with a 1 year dispensation period ;)

I think your LM/RM scouting assignment is looking for players who are natural at both positions, rather than just natural at one.

Maybe switch to a formation without wingers? Either a narrow 4312 or 433 with 3 strikers 3 center mids

I just got promoted out of JL2 with a media prediction of 20th and a wage budget of 14k/week. The transfer twist at that level was two-pronged. One - I found 4 good Brazilians released by Selecciao A clubs on 31 Dec, after taking all released players from that division on trial. Bit unrealistic but game allowed me, so yeah. Might have helped that I speak Portuguese. Two - you should now be attractive to a lot of young loan signings from JL1, and you can often get away with 10 or 20% on the wages, maybe 150 -300 pounds a month. I filled in a crisis gap at LB with a loaned 18 year-old on 150 a month, likewise a playmaker in central midfield who they loaned me for 0 wage contribution. Both nailed down their spots in their first ever season playing football. My bench was 3/4 full of cheap loan depth, and I soldiered on through the division with about 18 players.
