I could not adequately voice the full extent of my frustration about the drone hysteria in text. A friend of mine overheard a man talking about how he saw a "plane-shaped drone." It is pretty crazy how raw food is catching on as humanity becomes decidedly more and more cooked. Also crazy how much faith in the general public NL has. "You really think people are that stupid?" dude has NOT worked in customer service before. Morons will pull up to a gas pump, notice the last person's total on the meter, then go and ask an employee if they're being charged for that amount even though they didn't use their card or pump any gas yet. This is not a person I'm making up. This is multiple real customers I've had to explain "that's just the last person's amount, it doesn't clear out until your start pumping" because the general public spends most of their time on autopilot, only occasionally being aware of their surroundings, and the first time they notice something they don't understand they'll freak out. Sometimes, when I've explained this, people have actually pushed back and said "no, it's always 0.00 when I pull up, I've never seen this before". People are really that stupid, many of them kinda just decided that once they left school they would no longer use their brains.
