Very excited for you all! I would reccomend getting multiple quotes for just about everything you are going to have done. If the design team does not require you use their builders GC'ing it yourself could save you thousands. Material cost because of covid are at historical highs! Trying to find your own wholesale connections (something it seems you are great at doing) may be well worth your time. Cant wait to see the progress!

Regardless of whether you can’t have kids or don’t want to have them, it’s very refreshing to see a loving couple through whatever life brings them. There are so many women who feel worthless because they can’t & you don’t hear of too men who are unable too either. Often times people are led to believe they will never find love because of it. Absolutely love your warehouse it is what I dream of. The Hoosier cabinet that’s got your coffee station in is a lot older than 1940s my Great grandmother used them and my grandmother. I absolutely love it it’s probably the prettiest Hooser cabinet I’ve ever seen
