Todd here - I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Ty for sharing this on behalf of both of us, it’s just too personal for me to talk about right now. Like Ty said, we’ve been spending a lot of time together as a family which is the most important thing. On a more positive note, we love how the front entrance turned out....the good news is Ty is fully onboard with distracting me with more projects. I have a funny feeling there's another big transformation just around the corner ❤

Todd... My Grampa passed away September 23rd, 1993 - he was born in 1901. He was the best human I ever knew, and still to this day.. other than his daughter - my Mom ❤️ My life has amassed so many many amazing memories, and for that I am so so grateful. I grew up in a part of Ottawa, called the Glebe. I lived on First Avenue… And at the end of my little part of my street, was The Driveway. Along The Driveway, is the Canal. On the other side of the Canal.. was where my Grampa lived. We had the opportunity in our young lives, to just walk down our street… And see our Grampa sitting on his bench.… And be able to just wave to him and say “Hi!” ❤️ Also on the other side of the canal… was where my siblings and I went to school. We went to my Grampa‘s for lunch every day… And what an absolute treasured memory that was for us to have today. His lunches - and desserts..?? OMG ❤️ He was a Baker for Canada Bread. He made amazing treats for us. I could write a book.. Anyways.. your book about your Grampa would be as beautiful as mine… I just wanted to share my story, because I know that your story is as wonderful. My most heartfelt condolences to you and yours, sincerely ❤️
