Here is the thing about dogs, as long as they are with their humans, they’re gonna be ok. I know it’s tough and it’s stressful knowing that your dogs might be stressed, but Frankie is gonna adjust just like he did this last time.

I am in a similar situation. I have a young active herding breed and live in a house with a yard and so on. But I will have to move to an appartement which sucks. But I will make it work. Luckily the appartement is in a nice area with plenty of nature.

As a couple with two border collies in an apartment... it's a whole lotta "uffda", but it's also SO SO doable. We're lucky to be in a very dog friendly place that has a dog park on the property. So if you can find something like that, it's made our life 10x easier. Good luck!!!

OMGNESS I can't believe Merlun grew so fast in just 6 months!!!! I forgot how fast they grow!! As for the move I'm sending all the good vibes your way!! I think all the pieces will fall into and the dogs will love the outcome no matter what since you have the greatest intentions! Good luck and I hope the uncertainty doesn't last much longer.

I have missed the 4 of you, tremendously! Your video's are so appreciated. I watched this video of a lady training an Aussie, she was cruel and horrible. I wrote a comment in regards to it and will never watch her videos again. No Aussie and no dog for that matter should be treated as such. You may not be a trainer, it doesn't matter, the compassion & love you both have for Frankie and Indie, is what I love about your video's. Thank you.

Wow, Merlun's gotten SO big! Yep, dogs always sense that something is up but they will be fine as long as they're in the park, on the couch, and with you guys. Good luck finding a place! Onwards and upwards! 🐶 🐶 ❤

Crap, not great news about the landlords selling the house. Sorry to hear that.

Hi love the videos!!! I know you have probably been asked a million times but what camera or cameras do you use to record? And any lighting in the house? Thank you :)))
@FrankieToTheMoon2 жыл бұрын
I have a few cameras, but the ones in this video are GoPro 9 and Sony A7C! And I don’t use any lighting, all natural :)

You’ll be right - just get your bond back from the real estate. ASAP so you can use for the next home. Surely the owner owe you something for getting out during show times and not trashing it just before the showings - cos YOU COULD u no. And … AND if you find somewhere which of course means finding a deposit to get new place - a deposit that would be helped by having the old bond back; tell them you have organised the new home - leaving in less than a week necessitating they release the bond early back to you. Hell when are you going to get another opportunity to bend the rental rules? NOW! It’s the owners who are pushing you guys out early remember. THEY OWE YOU FOR BEING KIND PEOPLE & the sort of people who JUMP WHEN are TOLD TO. I MEAN YOUVE BEEN PAYING their mortgage for years guys - won’t hurt them to help out your end. Push the factoid that an empty house staged to sell will get them the most profit (yes I’ve worked in real estate) rather than trying to sell a home with tenants. That’s one of the nightmare scenarios for Home Selling owners. Hell maybe you won’t get house cleaned up enuf One or two weekends. HELL! Helping y our landlord sell a house USNT part OF YOUR CONTRACT u no Dear god - that’s what tenants are for - to make your life a living hell. Demand they release your bond and get outta there ASAP ROCKEY! U guys been together for ages now - isn’t there a nice slightly out of the way piece of acreage with your name on it? Buy a great acreage (yeah yeah loan ) just the land no home immediately with enuf cash added into the loan to put a huge ass shed on said lot (don’t know you brands there). Pay for plans or pay deposit on a coy. prefab home (always includes the plan price). You’ll own a terrific property with a home pad already cut out ready to go, with all the site fees paid for and knowing exactly where everything is going. Fence!. Don’t forget might need a fence as well - section off a small area attached to one side of he upcoming home to save money - the house will be taking up the slack on one side. That way you won’t need a property fence because dogs will say have laundry open into small fenced off yard. Change later down the track. YAY! U have so many options now. Exciting stuff. Luv Sam. Cheers.

What harness do you use on them? Does it help with pulling?
@FrankieToTheMoon2 жыл бұрын
Harnesses do not prevent pulling. It is just a safe option and I use the RC pet harness linked in the description

Is Merlin a mini aussie or an aussie? He's so big!

He’s a full size (standard) Aussie

Hey love your videos. I'm actually getting a mini aussie shep in a few weeks and I was wondering if there were any online puppy training videos that you would recommend for the breed. My breeder is recommending puppy culture which costs about 70 bucks (I'll likely do this too). Thanks!
@kaitlynnt.17432 жыл бұрын
Zak George here on youtube has TONS of great puppy training and general training content. I believe he owns an elder aussie and a border collie so he does have that specific experience

I don't know about Canadian law, but most urban housing laws don't allow an owner to kick you out that easily? At least not without a fine. If you have a rental agreement (and sometimes you don't even need that) they can not just decide to sell it and break the contract.
@serenagoodpasture71152 жыл бұрын
In the US, this isn't true. A lease can be broken upon notice of the owners intent to sell. States vary, but usually it's about 30 days from a signed sale agreement to vacate
@steveandereggen31822 жыл бұрын
Time for you guys to buy a home. Renting or leasing is just flushing your money down the toilet. Good luck to you and pooches.
