Planing to upgrade later means you pay twice for everything. You get little to nothing for the (used) items when selling them. You are doing great looking for the bonuses already.

Thanks for that! For the new rooms, I’m going to try to set them up the way I want at the beginning instead of doing a remodel later on. Now that I have some money, it should be a bit easier.
