The Borg Cube. It's a cube in space! No wings! Could work as an apartment too. That is one of the few times a ship design gets it..that you dont need to look like a fighter jet or space battleship. But sometimes the ships have "wings" so that weapons can be mounted away from the hull, like Kzinti ships for example. And of course the Federation Disc sections as well, dont fit the classic flying space airplane look.

Ahhh... the Borg Cube. Good one. It's not quite the low-rent Hell's Kitchen apartment building i was imagining, but it'll have to do. And yeah - Federation frisbees are another good example, but they still look pretty vehicular.

I bought this one a year ago, also from Board Game Bliss, but I bought the Huns/Reworld package for $12.95... "HUNS IN SPAAAAACE!!!!" No idea why the two were bundled (no similarity whatsoever that I can see... including the card art it seems as Huns has beautiful card art). Anyway, I got Huns out recently then went searching for a Reworld video and saw this, thanks! I thought this game had solo, but I see it's 2-4, so will likely play two handed to learn and then look up a variant on BGG. Gotta get these games off my 'shelf of opportunity' somehow!

What i've learned from those Bliss sales is that there's usually a pretty good reason they've been discounted that much. i think another $4 game i picked up there was North Wind, and uh... i want my 4 dollars back. Another "steal" was Oh, Captain! and Nomads. i hoped if i kept buying, they'd keep making the whole, crummy series.

I also bought this from BGB in the bundle with Huns. Huns will be a cheap Christmas gift, and I will play around with Reworld. I'll see if it's as bad at 2 as Rahdo says it is. Can you believe this is the same artist as Stone Age and Pillars of the Earth? Maybe space isn't Michael Menzel's thing. The art isn't bad, but it is dark and bland.

Very dark, very bland. i’ve only played it at 2 myself, and was underwhelmed.
