Always consult with medical professionals. When I had digestive issues, I ate fruits and vegetables only until my stomach was relieved from discomfort and pain. Also, I drank juice every morning on empty stomach, celery juice, or any green juice. I started with lemon water, then juice after 30 min. The 1 hour later, I had fruits for breakfast. You need to control your stress. Stress causes a lot of issues, meditation, and exercise are important daily. Stay away from junk and process foods. I did breathing exercises as it helps to relax the digestive track and when constipated and helps to relax the bowel. Keep in mind that everyone is different and what works for one. It might be different for another but, it's still beneficial.
