Yeah, we felt a bit of pain recently. All good though, it happens everywhere! Doesn't take anything away from the amazing people we have met along the way, the beautiful people of Sri Lanka are what we will always remember about this place.

Ffs our tourist ministry has to act immediately and do something about these bloody tuk tuk drivers before they ruin the whole tourism industry. Srilankan tourism industry is just starting to recover after the bomb attack in 2019 and these f"****rs are trying to destroy it 🤮🤮🤮

Honestly, the food can be a bit hit and miss. Prices fluctuate massively and the higher price does not necessarily reflect higher quality. The place we went to for food here (Ambrosia) was the BEST food weve had so far. We found that checking reviews beforehand can really help with finding the good spots. Hope this helps.

Yes Sri lanka is paradise. it is recognized as bio diversity hot spot and has so many things to offer. within three four hours you can reach different types of climate zones, sunny sandy beaches to rain forests, greenish mountains,water falls, wild life, (elephants) historical sites. except snow Sri lanka has every thing ,specially smiley welcoming people and delicious food

Yes you can, however, you need a permit from the office in Colombo. If you get pulled over as an international driver and you do not have one, there is a 25000 rupees fine to pay

I’ve watched couple of your videos TBH If you stop complaining all the time, you’ll get more subscribers. Sri Lanka is in economic crisis that’s why mostly everything is expensive (even here in England) otherwise you can get everything for cheap price. You knew before you travel there so simply stop complaining. There are other KZbinrs don’t complain about the situation instead they enjoy the country’s beauty. That’s their success. There are bad people everywhere and everyone aware of that. learn to ignore them and stop talk about them in your videos you’ll get more subscribers.

The economic crisis is global, so i try to find the inexpensive gems in the expensive tourist areas of the country. Alot of people find that information helpful, especially when travelling the world for long periods of time. What a silly comment! Why would you want to watch a KZbin video that is fake and only focuses on the positives the whole time?? I am a solo female traveller and I always look for real videos. We live in a fake world, why watch a fake video. I appreciate an honest video that talks about the plus and negatives. I find it really helpful as I plan to go to Sri Lanka in the near future. Have you thought that maybe this channels primary focus is to broadcast real and authentic experiences to help others? And not say everything is amazing and beautiful like other KZbinrs? I’ve gone to countries on other KZbinrs travel advice and it shows how fake this platform can be.
