Heavenly Father thank You for sending Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins. May we never forget the love our Lord and Savior showed us when He shed His blood for us. We remember Your nail pierced hands. We reflect on the crown of thorns that was placed on Your head. Lord we will never forget the seven last statements You made on that old rugged cross. On this Memorial Day and everyday of our lives, we celebrate the victory that was won when You rose from the dead. In honor of all that You did Lord, we give our lives in humble service to You. In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit we pray. Amen.
