We Installed a Radiator Relocation Kit on his Honda Rincon! - Roaring Rincon Part 1

Radiator Relocation Kit installed on a 2005 Honda Rincon 650! Installing this kit allows for better air flow to the radiator and less likely to get the radiator clogged from mud and debris, resulting in much better cooling! Rincons are notorious for having overheating issues.

I'm surprised they didn't install a drain tee on the cooling system so when do anything the cooling system repair you can drain it

It had overheating issues so we installed a radiator relocation kit that allows us to move the radiator to a better location to allow for great air flow and less of a chance for the radiator to get clogged from mud, debris, etc!

Just picked up an 06'. Did you eventually relocate the oil cooler? Or did you leave it under?

Sucks you have to do this to fix the poor design from Honda. Lose that space up top now. Plus not sure I like that radiator cap pointed toward the driver lol
