2002 Honda Rincon 650 Crank No Start... Again

Once again this Honda Rincon won't start after sitting for a few moths. Let's dig into this thing and see what's wrong with it now.
--- The carb that I bought on for this is no longer available, so I can't provide a link for it. I don't know which other carb would work as well as this one.
