They are different on the inside.

They appear to be quite the same but they have different part numbers. The exhaust tips are different and the muffler does not have M Performance written on it.

This is cool in so many was. This is now a very unique F80, in the online/KZbin-BMW-realm. So cool that it's your car. By far one of my favorite channels. Also the videoing during a storm, on the floor. It's so awesome. The car sounds lovely. Can't wait to see some F30 content, love the new bumper.

First off real stainless is anti-magnetic. My biggest issue with almost all aftermarket exhaust for M4 including this gts exhaust is all have the same diameter. The muffler is different and maybe the resonator is removed or crossed, that's all. No difference in back pressure unless you modify the down pipes with high performance catted. Going catless makes the vehicle impossible to trade in or sell to a dealer in the event you may want to. I know someone who wanted to sell his corvette but he went catless and no one will touch it! He didn't keep the old ones either.
