Probably 6 months out on starting the real build out on this one, however we are throwing the idea around about setting up our gym inside it for the time being to get all jacked up on the CrossFit !!!

This particular model retails for $22k new and I think they have a special on them at $18,500 right now but that’s plus tax, fees, delivery, and whatever other cost they throw in there? I have been keeping my eyes out for used ones for a couple years now, they sell very fast up here, and this particular Graceland model seems really well built, easy build out to be pretty comfy little home ..
