Honestly, changing it from a 60 round gun to a 30 round gun makes a huge difference. You can't take down entire squads with it without reloading anymore...and that slow ahh reload speed dude. Most bp50 users won't even know how to manage their ammo well and will probably die immediately after getting 1 kill every time

I wish they could the same type of buff for the Razorback, reduce the ADS BSA penalty from the Rapid Fire perk and add a 10% ADS speed bonus so it can be more competitive up close and be able to challenge more guns at mid-range due to improved BSA.

@436EM i played 30 ranked games today to get a large enough sample. 30 games means 270 players (bc i don't count myself). I counted each BP50 i saw. The number ? 48. 3 days before that i did the same. The number ? 216. And funny thing. In my last 6 games today, i didn't seen a single BP50. Also in contrast, when 3 days ago i counted 46 USS9, today i counted 127 USS9. Don't speak from personal experience, speak from statistics. Also.you could say it's biased because of the SBMM. For each study, i played 10 games on my main acc (high SBMM in leggy), 10 game on my smurf (low SBMM in leggy), and 10 game on one of my friends account (SBMM between my smurf and my main) The proportion of BP50 or USS9 was similar within 10% which is acceptable considering the fact that we were counting between 90 players (the maximum diff was 9 between 2 measurement, and it wasn't correlated to the SBMM level since the highest point was in the medium SBMM, and the lowest in the low SBMM before the update, and after the update it was the highest in the low SBMM lobbies, lowest in the medium, and avg in the high SBMM) Now you're probably not able to comprehend the amount of work we put behind a video. But when i say, the BP50 is gonna be vastly replaced by other weapons, i know what I'm saying.

I don't get how people say that the MG 42 had only got in the minor NERF the thing is slower than a semi-truck on two wheels I find it completely unusable insure if you're sitting in a corner and not moving in hardpoint it's somewhat viable but I have never lost a gun fight with a fennec/iso to an mg42 in a straight up one-on-one gun fight you're not going to get me if we both come around the corner at the same time and you're not going to get me if I'm slide cancelling around a corner to wear your sitting the only way you kill me with this gun is if you're behind me and I don't know you're there and the hg40 is an underrated monster you build it out for maximum range you only have a 40mag, 220ms ADS time and a 3 shot out to 21.8m

Another patch another disappointment that my beloved M16 hasn't gotten any changes. I want either the BSA nerf reverted, or better yet, move the wild fire perk to the ammo (with 40-43 rounds) so i can make use of my perks again. Feels bad not being able to a fast reload or disable unless im running burst (which i have for the majority of the season until just a week ago) as much fun as it is to play m16 burst in legendary ques, there something very nice about running full auto again.

My dude doesn't realize how big the bp50 nerf is. 30 rounds in mp isnt enough (on BR, I run the 30 rounds so br is unaffected also with the extended round mods compensates for it.) as most of the time, you'll finish the whole mag quickly and you can't pre fire as much. Also with the recoil booster builds, it just got shafted hard with the range nerf.

it's not huge , I am MP main also one in top 5k , bro actually it will still be abused but the overall usage will be lower because as HVK-30 with large calibar mag it is easy to use but needs good aim and control , the downside with BP-50 is it's own fire rate in first place unlike hvk which is balanced and still fast for it's rounds/mag , but still it can be spammed just that instead of now long spam , it will be shorter and still the same , you can still take 2 enemies with it 3 if you have the laser aim too , but yeah , HVK is goat again and that's really good

I die most of the time due to lack of ammo. With the nerf, you have to pick your fights and cannot challenge huge encounters like breaking into the hardpoint with 30 rounds as the reload time is slow

Me too, but sometimes every 1 ranked game out of 20 on legendary you get actually good players who abuse BP 50. I recently barely lost a game on nuketown hardpoint. The top fragger in opposite team got 83 kills. I tried using non-meta guns at first, thinking it was regular legendary ranked lobby, but got destroyed. Only when I switched to BP50 too, which was too late already, I got 30 plus kills. I was able to at least win half duels against that top frager. So the point is, against good sweat players who usually almost always use meta guns, you need to use meta guns too like BP 50, USS 9, or Oden (If you have mythic on Oden, since it's so pay2win), or otherwise unless you are Dozzy himself you will get destroyed.
