I love Alima’s leadership! She communicates well and she’s stern while still being her gentle self. It’s like the girls aren’t intimidated by her so they can follow her lead and they respect her because she’s good at what she does. Phoebes growth makes my heart smile!! She’s coming into her own on her pace. I can’t wait to see how she continues to evolve.
