did you actuallly get 360fps in your testing? does ulmb2 work well if your not able to match the refresh rate with the same fps? Usually it's important to have the same fps as the refresh for backlight strobing tech

Yes, we tried CS:GO and Valorant as well, which easily exceeded 360fps. There is a difference, no doubt. Just that in our case, we have to actually be looking for the difference actively and not focused on the game. When we simply played the game normally, we just simply didn't find that much of a difference. But the tech is 100% working, evidently from the flicker/scan lines on cameras due to shutter speed and stuff. Ultimately, how effective it is is dependent on the individual.

​@@Terafiedyou should try ULMB 2 at lower framerates, I think lowest it can go is 120hz. At that point the difference is more noticable, since the lower your hz the worse motion blur is naturally. Just because this is a 360hz monitor doesn't mean every game you play will be able to achieve that framerate

I tried the AQN vs AQDM for every possible game with every setting and I've basically concluded the same - OLED is just plain superior to DyAc+/ULMB2 due to better contrast/vibrancy/visibly, less eyestrain, faster pixel response time, etc. I do perform better on the AQN and XL2566K but only slightly - see Optimum Techs latest video from yesterday. I spent a full month.

Blur reduction/ULMB only helps if you eye-track something moving on screen. If not, you're immune to strobing. It depends on the ratio of eye-tracking vs fixed gaze. If u eye-track 50% of the use time then it helps. If 10%, than it still helps, but not as often. Meaning it depends on the game type too. In competitive gaming it can be less benefitial bcs there is alot of fast motion which is hard to eye-track. It may be more suitable for MOBA type games. Thats why some people benefit more from it than others. TestUFO is great way to test this as it forces u to eye-track.

gsync and ulmb must on you are in the videos over the gsync fps so gsync is off

Let me give you a good advice! It's not because of your eyes! Your brain cannot switch between the two and understand the differences! Like jumping from 144Hz to 240Hz - But when you go back to 144hz after at least 1 month of gaming on 240hz, not only will you feel the difference, but 144 will annoy you! The only way to understand the major difference is to spend at least 1 month with ulmb! And then there is the game without ulmb!

Ulmb is better for 120 and 144hz, less frames to push and picture better than 360hz clarity in motion

I think this monitor is only useful for games like Overwatch. In CS and Valorant you aren't moving your FOV enough it might help with recoil but I never had a problem on 240hz. Other games can't even get consistent 360 fps with high end pcs.

@@BAG97in new warzone with 4090 + 7800x3d I get 280-370fps depends on the map location, average is 300-310, while in buildings it’s always 350+ 1440p

@@kerim_og_9378 wz3 is night and day diff than garbage wz2. Even vondel and ashika got a 50fps to 100fps boost on the wz3 engine. I got a 5800x3d and a 7900xt and i dont go below 300fps in those maps. In the big BR map im locked on 200 to 300 but im heavily CPU bottlenecked there...
