My struggle has been either the case is too big when i make the build so lots of empty space or too small, and i have to compromise because size limitations of the case itself. Buy a new one while you can. I've bought second-hand consoles before and you want to hose yourself down after getting it home...don't get me started on the knackered controller. In Australia many major retailers sell new PS4s. Plus, you don't get a warrantee with a 13-year-old second-hand item. Grab one while you're waiting for PS6 or the console market to collapse. I'm very happy with mine.
