My great grandfather was 91 years old in 2001 and was shot at close range and stabbed 15 times inside his home. No arrests were ever made. The Delphi and my great grandfather’s murders are a lot a like in the way that all victims were harmless and unable to defend themselves. A true monster kills kids and elderly people. Hopefully they’ll find this monster for the sake of the family. They deserve closure.

Let me 1st say Thank You to Doug Carter for doing this interview! This is an amazing interview. 💯👏🏼 My opinion is, like I've always said, they HAVE a suspect. They've always had a main suspect, they KNOW who thier main person is! Something is stopping them from charging that person. Lack of evidence/DNA, An alibi that hasn't yet been broken?? They're not going to give any of that information to the public in order to protect the integrity of the case and I can fully respect that. I think these officers are doing a great job! I know who MY main Poi is but thats just my own speculation. Hope this resolved soon! Mr Carter actually let out a decent amount of info here if you pay attention.👌 Important Note: I cannot stress enough on how BAD some internet sleuths are tainting not only this case but many others. The biggest thing that needs to STOP, is pointing fingers and naming NAMES!! ALOT of innocent peoples lives are being destroyed behind accusations and speculation!! By all means, study the cases, try and figure out what you can, but do NOT name names. Whatever information someone may have that is viable to the case/s, share it with LE!! That's the best you can do to help these cases! #LetTodayBeTheDay!!

I think the perpetrator is a serial killer-type. I think he had fantasies which he he translated into grim reality five years ago. I don't think he listens or watches or reads about the crime, because when he remembers his evil acts, he joyously wallows in his twisted fantasy. That terrible crime may be the pinnacle of his achievements on earth. I do not believe he has a crumb of conscience because his world is about what makes him feel good. HOWEVER, as the case is now known across USA and around the world, more and more deviants are being reported to police. Superintendent Carter said as much, that information on other crimes is coming in. Since many think the Delphi killer is a pedo, not knowing his identity keeps the focus on creeps in general. Hopefully hundreds of them will be identified and processed along the way to getting justice for Abby and Libby. If they are smart they should make it a major goal to find and turn in the bridge guy...for their own protection.

If he joyously wallows about the crime then it would make more sense for him to watch and read about it. The guy (or guys) who committed this crime is a psychopath and will be revelling in Carter talking directly to him, continously on such a massive scale. Carter insinuating that the killer has a bit of conscience left and asking him about how he will feel when his family finds out, is utterly ridiculous. He's a dangerous psychopath, incapable of feeling guilt, shame and remorse.

You must both be completely oblivious to the hidden messages in plain sight the killers and LE were both sending each other. Go back to the presser where they released YBS, zoom in on the photo around the hair, nose, eyes, ears. Change the light from dark to light, play around with the colors. Then do the same to the picture of the bridge with blood and white spots, then at the very bottom of the picture. Remember when DC said "to the killer", then said "to the murderer" go read the definition for each. It's two different ppl.

A beautiful passionate man who is doing the Lord's work, but he gives this same talk at every interview for the past 5 years, "I cannot talk about the investigation.", "I cannot say what evidence we have.", "We are holding our cards close to our chest." Saying the killer was at the first press conference and that he was watching this very interview, "Oh, he's watching He's watching." or "Everyday we are closer to catching the killer". Other tips are always helpful. Why would they not want more tips? As long as an investigation is open, intelligence gathering is crucial. And I think we will find out that a network of some sort is involved in this, and those are globally influenced, populated and/or managed. I don't see him as arrogant. He's talking about a murder case involving two kids..With the media, he has to stay very self contained, appear strong and confident, and watch every word carefully or he could be eaten alive. And as he says, it's really not his investigation. He is speaking on behalf of that investigation and its investigators given his rank. I am sure his life has suffered in other ways. Investigators' families go through a lot, too.
