I think you're amazing...you and Andrew! You had to have this space to get all that stuff for your business out of your home. You've changed homes, renovated homes, had another baby, and kept your business running. And dealt with some sort of legal issues surrounding that first marriage---honestly, you've literally moved MOUNTAINS and brought more order to areas of your life that would overwhelm and sink most people. Suggestion: do a time lapse and a voice over. You could get a lot more done faster. Putting the camera down(tripod), similar to the death pile on your third floor. You've gotten to comfortable behind that camera my friend.

Your shop space is large enough to have your online supplies and listings in part of it and have your in person shop in the rest. It doesn’t need to be humongous because you can stuff it and have lots of nooks and crannies. You do after all have to have staff to cover a real in person stop. You can’t do what you do and cover a store also.

Unlike managed deliveries you and Andrew have both been bringing things in with little idea of what would be coming . I think you have done great. Most shipping business leave things in boxes never processing as you do and others have different shops (departments )not just one shop building. Adding a store front and wow are you brave. Go look at any back room of a store. In fact doing that can checking out store rooms with shipping can help you lay it out.

The glass Dutch duck is Leerdam glass. Leerdam is a town in the Netherlands. There is a glass factory. They made all kind of glass for daily use but also art glass.
