For the 7th and final time I step foot back into what has for many years been dubbed "The Demon House" With so many investigators going here and reportedly experiencing so much intense paranormal activity I'm surprised that this abandoned house has never made the headlines for being the UK's MOST HAUNTED property. This time I am joined by @ParanormalNewZealand This will go down as one of my favourite investigations to date.

Never heard of Paranormal New Zealand or Mark Wallbank, but in the few seconds he was on screen I decided I liked him. Smiley guy who comes across as genuine...but then you wouldn't of teamed up if he wasn't✌️👍

It must be amazing investigating in the UK, there's so much history and the buildings are so old. Just being in an atmosphere like that must be chilling, just knowing how old a place is. Here in American everything is so new compared to the UK, the oldest buildings are about 200 years old. Where you guys have ancient places to investigate. You guys are so lucky to visit the places you go.

It's great! So many old towns and cities with historic buildings dating back multiple centuries and further back. There are historic buildings everywhere, all with such great shapes, charm and amazing architecture. We have such a vast history for an island so small. For example, in my local country village, there's a church a stone's throw away from my house that dates back 150 years, and the remains of a Roman road that would date back to anywhere between AD 43 to AD 410 when they occupied Britain. The diverse range of history is amazing and many probably take it for granted.

Ghosts on the Trent the most professional Ghost Hunter Channel I've come across. My only suggestion is that you do more spirit box sessions with an actual radio. Some of the apps do work, but with a radio, there is no chance of AI response. Anyways, Cheers and keep up the great work!

Room with the most activity for others has the magic paranormal ingredients - falling rubble from decay and an open fire place with possible resident rats and birds. When you got rats you got cats, not to mention foxes that call out and sound like crying children or women. Nice to see an honest explore.

Finally caught up with the videos guys and it's safe to say that the Demon House is as flat as a pancake ! Saw an odd light at 19:01 (ish) go past the doorway where NZ Mark was standing - it was incredibly quick and was right by the hand he had leaning on the doorway. Had to freeze the frame but it was there. It was interesting to see how NZ Mark investigated and he was a quietly confident, professional, watchable investigator. Another honest as the day is long investigation guys. I know he was unable to make it this time but I missed Mark Price's usual input. Interesting vid guys !

I'm late! I finally fell asleep. Having coffee. Good morning from New Zealand! And Paul, it's always great to chat and get ideas, please don't feel you need to apologise. Always good whether something happens or not. Truth is the best thing. 💜 My cousins had a gentleman in their home and every night, he'd sit on the end of the boys' beds (they shared a room) and ask them about their day and they'd chat with him and then he'd wander off. He spent most of the time in the attic. That was in old Orewa, Mark. That was in the 60s-80s. You could feel him when you got to a certain point on the stairs, but I never saw him. His presence was strong.

when i watch other paranormal explorers, they have those devices and explain to the entities what to do, like go near it, or touch it, but ive never heard YOU showing them what to do.. Im surprised that your friend here Mark, didnt mention to them to touch the device if hes been doing this since he was a child. BTW - Australia is like NZ - you dont really find many (if any) abandoned homes, etc - they pull them down pretty quick before vandals get to them. I cant wait for the day you actually see or hear paranormal activity

I suppose its possible that different people have different experiences. If you've been there several times without any activity its likely nothings going on. Too many paranormal investigators overreact. I also believe the less technology the better. Anyway, good explore. 👍👍👍

You guys can always try saying nothing whatsoever as you walk throughout these buildings. The spirits may become unsettled as a result which could lead to activity; who knows. Nonetheless, best paranormal investigative channel hands down; the honesty is worth it all. The viewers just want the truth even if you don't get any activity the social aspect is encouraging. The experience as a team is wholesome for your own wandering souls as it is a good way to stay social and grow friendship and brotherhood; it's hard to find friends with integrity these days.

Ok boys so i know youve been to anglesey, so next time you do, go to a village called Aberffraw and go to the sand dunes at night. The activity can be insane. Talk to some of the locals if you can find any that are willing and able to speak english. I wont even drive past there at night...you gotta read up on the history first though bc its a historical village...no locals go out at night, its weird, the village that is. Ive experienced a lot there, so has my son, even my dog (rhodesian ridgeback) who doesnt get scared, gets freaked out and sometimes starts trembling and thats in the day sometimes. It really is very creepy!

Strikes me that the bigger the reputation is for being haunted, the less the activity. Why not turn it on it's head, and try an abandoned place with little or no reputation?. "If you always do what you've always done”, and all that? Are you too assertive? head down and a more timid approach might encourage spirits to make contact? You're basically asking them to PERFORM for you and I suspect it's a turn off.
