When the people say "$20k" then say "I won't take less than 17k", it's because it's been sitting for a little while and no one has offered their asking price and they keep getting obnoxious lowballs like $10k, so they finally just say "this is my bottom dollar". They don't change the price in the title because they're just fkn rtards that don't know how to use the internet, especially considering they will get more views by changing it properly as Facebook will slash the original price and people will think it's a deal because they're getting it below the original ask.
