Poor Coach, that was a little too much. A parent's love for their child is like no other. All we want to due is protect our kids, no matter how old they get. Thank God he didn't get into an accident trying to get to you or had a heart attack from the shock of the news. But on that note, you really made Mom mad with the snake in the bed, I would've had a stroke if a big snake was just laying in my bed

I actually feel for pops. As a parent, there is NOTHING more terrifying than thinking your child's life is in danger. And when he kept trying to tell them it was too far, everyone kept laughing and cracking jokes at him. He was CLEARLY upset. It was a prank...but at least take his fear and shear panic in consideration. Not to mention other drivers and pedestrians on the route there. I counted at least two red lights he blew through to get to his son....not cool at all

I am on Coach's side. As a father of 3 kids, this would be panicking the entire time because this situation definitely could have happened and might happen in the future. Coach, I totally understand your emotions. My boyfriend's son, a tall, built, guy in his mid 20's, was jumped in San Jose, CA, and it was horrible! It took everything for my BF not to burst out crying seeing his child like that. His face was swollen like a water balloon and both eyes were swollen shut. He had black and blue bruises all over his face. They literally kicked him in his head and face when he was on the ground and he spent a week in the hospital. I know you've seen things like this before Coach and I'm betting none of your kids have, thank God.
