We Love The People -Rishikesh Kirtan festival

Dear devotees: We want to share with you the bliss of our Rishikesh Kirtan Festival this past week. It has proved to be more successful than we ever expected, due primarily to the enthusiasm of the many western spiritual seekers who have come to Rishikesh and participated in our programs. We have realised more than ever how Lord Caitanya gave us all the perfect formula for becoming Krsna conscious in this age, namely chanting the holy names, dancing in ecstacy and relishing Krsna prasadam!

Prabhuji after COVID and now this war there has been a pal of depression that we can't seem to shake off ... sankirtan encourages the soul to live on and believe that this horrid depressing dark cloud weighing us down will lift off and we will see the sunshine again. Sankirtan brings about the sunrise inside ... the sun/the light being RadhaKrishna ... Thank you for all you are doing!

None of u Present there in Rishikesh and joyously taking part in the sankirthan are there accidentally. Only massive PUNYAM acquired in births past by u, results in you all finding yourself where u are. Krishna is not imaginary, a lovely chimera. What I go on to state May strike many as vain boast. But it might touch a few of your hearts , resonate and inspire keener spiritual endeavour. That is precisely what prompts me to share my most cherished *anuboothi * mystic experience.Some 30 years ago I had a dream that is exactly depicted in a sloka of Krishna Karnamrutha- a Sanskrit book of verses quintessentially about Krishna and a piece of literature that, when he discovered during his South Indian pilgrimage,filled Shri Krishna Chaithanya Mahaprabhu with such profound rapture. A lithe blue lad in his teens, built like an Olympic swimmer and clad in a yellow dhoti, his need bared came and hugged me. ( a long dream and I am stating barest essential). I woke up. HIS BODY WARMTH SURVIVED for 30 more minutes after I woke up from my unforgettable experience. Hare Krishna
