We love this dish - Assorted cabbage rolls! With you, Wow, Kitchen!
In warm and cold weather, on holidays and on weekdays, and even during Lent, you can cook delicious cabbage rolls! “They take a long time to cook,” you say. And I will say this - when we are friendly, and when we are together, we get more positive emotions from the cooking process than from tasting the finished dish!
Today we have lean cabbage rolls with a filling that will surprise you!

For cabbage rolls we will need:
- Mushrooms (champignons or dried)
- cabbage (cut the stalk, steam in boiling water)
***Frying pan on fire + vegetable oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 carrot
*** you will get a roast that is visually divided into 2 parts. One part goes into the filling, the second part goes into the gravy.
Add to the frying part for gravy:
- 500 ml tomato juice
- a pinch of sugar
+ water from dried mushrooms
Filling:
- 5 pieces. potatoes (grate on a fine grater)
- chop mushrooms
- sautéed vegetables (1 part)
- salt to taste
- dried garlic (pinch)
- ground black pepper
2) Option for stuffing cabbage rolls with meat:
- 400 grams of meat
- bow (2 pcs)
- a little buckwheat steamed in boiling water
- salt, ground black pepper to taste
Place the cabbage rolls in an oven preheated to 200° for 1 hour - 1 hour 20 minutes.
