Those Morty Slippers Jess has are so so cute! You talk about the 50's Vibe, ZEST BAR SOAP. How true that is. My Mom used Zest for our family because you can wash Zest out of the tub without the soap scum sticking. I continue to use it in the tub. No liquid soap matches the cleanup of Zest. Of course smell and quality for Skin Care suits me too. Love this Vacation!

Iron deficiency, with or without anemia,is a commonly overlooked cause of restless leg. She needs to check her iron,tibc and ferritin. A ferritin of less than 30 is absolute iron deficiency

Just a tip on the restless leg syndrome from walking too much. I walked 50 miles at Halloween horror nights alone so you need to help Jess Danno before she goes to this Halloween horror nights because it's a lot. I mean I'm not joking when I tell you it is a lot of walking. Please tell her to try this before she goes. Try massaging your legs, taking a warm bath, or applying a heating pad or ice pack. eating foods high in iron, like spinach, red meat, and pumpkin seeds. Drink lots and lots of fluids The day before you go to Halloween horror nights. Let Jessica know she can always renter a wheel chair to push her in. Or tell her to put on a new pair of tennis shoes she hasn't worn yet. You should have a lot of shoes with you lots of different shoes. Don't wear the same shoes you were walking in already. Try a different pair of shoes. I've been a Floridian for 30 years Trust me on this one❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
