You can get rollers for the edges of rolling pin. Makes uniform thickness.

Suggestion. Instead of all the flattening out and parchment paper try using a jerky gun. It's like a caulk gun but made for making meat jerkies and snack sausages. Throw your dough in one of those and put the thinnest and widest tip on it and that might make it easy-peasy.

The big half-moon shaped pizza cutters make straighter lines AND are easier to clean. I hate the rolling cutters. Those are terrible trying to get them clean.

I haven’t. I don’t have a pasta attachment, that’s on my list of things to get. But I’m not sure if it will work because it’s a bit more crumbly than pasta dough.

I’ve never bought or made anything with it and i guess my Arkansas brain just wanted to make that first A a long one. I took 4 yrs of French in high school but that helps me zero with that 🤪😂 Haha no, I gotta say I’ve never once been burned on my feet 😂 I’ve been popped on my arms and face and even once grease splattered on my very pregnant belly and burned me through my shirt. I’m scared even with shoes I’d prolly have to be in a bee suit to feel not scared. I’ve actually come a long way. I used to wouldn’t fry at all and then I used a big lid like a shield. I don’t yell and holler near as much as I used to either! Progress!! 🙌🏻😅
