ok. 1 - Double Barrel. BB and TS in one unit. drive and dirt sorted. $7 2 - JHS 3 Series Compressor. nuthin fancy, does the job. $6 3 - that $3 delay/reverb looks like a 2-in-1, is it a Keeley? it'll do $3 4 - if there's a chorus floating around for three bucks or less, get it. GTG.

In the mid 1970's when I was in high school here in the USA, I had a brother who played Guitar and another brother who played Bass. I took a Basic Electronics class. The Bass player brother had some non working pedal boards and I said let me take them to my class and see if We can fix them. I wanted so bad to open the box and tweak them. Had I pursued a career in electronics I'd probably be in a different world today. Have always liked musicians from the UK. I also had a brother n law whose last name was Burrell, He was from Datil, New Mexico.

To bad you can get a pedal for under$60 these days. What really sucks are good pedals like blue sky run $300+ which is why I started building my own pedals. Once you move past kits and start going to maker spaces you can build that dream $900 delay pedal for under a $100. Plus it's fun and extremely rewarding when it all works. People will look at your pedal board and be like wow where the hell did you get that. Then you can be like. It's a one of a kind that I built. Then you get all the girls. That's just how pedal building works. Fun then recognition then you get all the girls. Or boys which ever you're into.

Behringer are great, I have the Chorus and the Tubescreamer, love them but the company is aweful. If you're somwplace Thomann ships for free Harley Benton and Yojo pedals are awesome. I got the Rodent (Ratt) and Plexicon (Hot Plexi clone) both absolutely fantastic and 20 bucks, metal casing, nice boutique style look and small form factor so you can fit many of them on a board. The circuits are all public and 5 bucks in parts, plus case and assembly. Much more than 50 bucks for a pedal is ridiculous if its just some standard thing, like a tubescreamer or chorus.

Also you gotta play what you like tp get the girls. Doesn't matter if she hates metal if you play it well and convincingly it will be much more effective than Wonderwall. And shredding is back. Blues and shredding. Since I focused on those I have to fight off the girls like crazy. But you can't brag about it. Just gotta be, oh yeah, I play a little and straight into a nice blues or shred like crazy. I just record something over a backing track and send that instead of whatever normal people say. Works like a charm. The main problem is if you have that introvert, hiding in his apartment playing all day kinda personality you won't have the confidence to pull it off. For that you need drugs. Alcohol will make you play sloppy as hell but opiates tend to leave your motor skills functioning while giving you the confidence to pull it off and they're great for loosing weight... And be nice and respectful. They love the Rock n roll image paired with the dreaded nice guy. Also the biggest secret is that the most beautiful ones are the easiest if you know how. Avoid flattery, treat them like a normal person and shred on your guitar... anyway that's what I learnt after 20 years of playing guitar and still being single. I cracked the code! The problem is if you do all that, especially treating them like normal people they tend to develop feelings and then it gets complicated. And that leads to all sorts of problems. Currently dating 3 super gorgeous women and I'm in love with all three and at least two with me. So now I went from eternally lonely formely fat bedroom guitarist to feeling like an utter asshole and having to tell two that I love, that it's not gonna work out. Luckily I screwed it up completely and they're all pissed at me and not currently on speaking terms, so yeah... be careful what you wish for, you might get it! I realised way too late they had feelings so now I hurt all of them and feel like pos. Which I am, no doubt... my tone is fantastic though. No one can take that away from me. Well they did, I had to sell my amp for rent money but I remember the settings...
