Make them perfect by putting in sealed bearings for saltwater!!!!!! Not everyone lives landlocked and fish freshwater. You're losing a big share of the market by not catering to the saltwater angler. I got burned the last time I bought 6 Piscifun reels (3 Alloy X, 2 Alloy M, and 1 Alijoz 300) that claimed they was made for the salt, but weren't. The line roller bearing on the Alloy X 5000 started grinding after only 2 outings to the Atlantic. I didn't even dare put the 4000, or 2000 to the salt. I don't dare take the Alloy M reels to the ocean, and I've only used the Alijoz once on a party boat before I found out the bearings used weren't made for saltwater. They've all been retired from the sea until such time that Piscifun decides to send me all new sealed bearings for all these reels I purchased so I can swap them out and really put them to the saltwater fishing test. Put sealed bearings in those reels, and I would buy them all day long!!!

i bought a carbon x because it was the only carbon reel i could find in the 500 size so, i grabbed it . why did they decide not to make the carbon x 2 ib the 500 size . i would have bought it instead . i do love my carbon x though . i can't wait to get a good bass on it . i like ultra light fishing . its a little more challenging than my larger 2500 and 3000 size reels . have fun anglers

Thank you very much Jason for the discount code. I just used it and couldn't be anymore happy. Can't wait to get my new Carbon XII 2000. I have a couple of your baitcasters and the fly reel. For the price and quality, I might have to put my Shimano(Ultegra- Stella) and Daiwa(ExcelerLT-ExistLT) back on the shelf and fish this new Carbon X this spring. Heard lots of great thing about this reel and can't wait to try out my first Piscifun spinning reel. Will be pairing this reel with my brand new 7' Kistler Helium power:2 on some 8lb J-braid. Crappies and Walleyes, here I come!

Lighter weight, carbon x2 isn't saltwater-resistant unlike the x1, higher max drag

I've caught some nice fish on this reel, but ive only had it for a little bit. Today I hooked up on a pretty big lingcod from shore and I could see my bail connection flexing pretty hard. drag works nice though. I would say that the reel is great except for the flexy action in the bail seat... probably not gonna use this reel anymore except for trout. Nothing against Piscifun, but for my regular saltwater fishing I think ill stick with Okuma

Start Subscribing, only because you say you are watching our comments and input. Please make a large carbon baitcasting reel that is light and has large line capacity so we can comfortably use for casting and light jigging. And some travel rod that are lights but strong. In Indonesia we have such reel product called KENZI Savoy KZ30, but unfortunately no right handle option. And for light but strong travel rod they have KENZI Trastic XT and KENZI Sheila. Hope we'll soon see your quality products.

I JUST received the 4000 series reel. Looks like a winner, but obviously it needs to be used. !!! HOWEVER !!! whomever designed the handle (the giant knob) OMG WHAT WERE YOU THINKING !!!. If I can't swap that out, I will be returning it the reel.

I just unboxed my carbon X11 2000, when the anti reverse is on and I open the bail, I cannot reel forward and close the bail, it just locks up....is this correct?

I have the same reel. With any spinning reel, you're supposed to close the bail manually THEN turn the handle. Don't turn the handle when the bail is open. Also don't turn the handle when the fish is peeling drag.

Gotta ask a dumb question. When we get these reel what are the two plastic O rings that come with the reel? And no i did not read directions on any of the 12 piscifun reels i own. Also the rod in the video did they discontinue them as i own 4 of them and wanted longer ones for jigging raps but can not find what im looking for. Seems all open water gear is low in stock.

We have stopped rod production and will have a new series in 2024. The two plastics discs are only in case you have uneven line lay on your spool, you can add them to your spool shaft. 99% you will never need them.

In case you would have uneven line lay it’s a shim washer for the spool shaft.

@@MF-Rell there is a difference between Chinese owned and Chinese made. I do not support giving my money directly to a Chinese company. I know American companies make their products in China but at least most of our money goes to American companies, when we buy American. When you buy Chinese, all of it goes to the PRC.
