3 years what? Wow time flies...I just hope this video sums up these 3 beautiful, hard working years! Im just so glad I never gave up, not only in me, but especially not him. And now, hes my everything, I can't live without him nor wished for any other horse! He's my dream horse, a journey I can now truly live, and I could never wished for anything else. And of course he can still be such a bastard, but this is nothing from what he used to be, and his imperfections makes him complete♡ Especially a huge thanks to Nativehorse and Dancinghorses, and many other account out there for keeping my motivation up, and for truly inspiring people! We need more people like you, because if it wasn't for all of you out there, I would never, ever been where I am today- both mentally and physically♡

Ham AlA not sure what that means, but I have a feeling that you are trying to say that horse riding or the disciplines this girl are doing are abuse. Which they are not. It doesn't look like she's always riding and working her horse. She is letting her horse be a horse but also have work. So please, research before you go commenting on a child's KZbin channel. :)

I don't like the word owner either, but the relationship you have with a pet is not the same as with a friend, and you don't just live with your horse. You pay for his food, his vet bill, you give him a home, you are responsible for him. Your horse depends on you, and you have the duty to provide everything he need, that is why you are not just living with him like a roommate or a friend. Horses give you a lot in return, but he is not responsible of you like you are of him. I don't like the word "owner" like I said, but it's the only word that express that responsability that owners have towards their horses. You will never be just a horse's friend in a human world, you have to be his friend, and caretaker, and guide. Maybe if we were living with horses in the wild our relationship could be more equal.

we have a mini and shes my bestfriend. My mom says i dont take care of her, and that i dont deserve her.. the neighbors kids run into our yard with freaking bb guns SHOOTING our cat.. and my horse is now terrified from people because they probably shoot her too. My mom blames it on me. My horse wont let me near her, and when she does my stepdad HAS to notice and invite the neighbors kids over to ride her. We rescued her from these horrible people who forced her to be ridden by full adults and little kids that hit her.. she hates things on her back and i honestly understand why. One time the neighbors kids came RUNNING over and i was sitting under my fav tree with my baby because she finally didnt bolt and i managed to put her halter on.. she freaked out and almost broke her neck and the kids were begging me to let them ride her and i kept telling them “no.” And they were just like “WHHHYYY ITS A HORSE IM SUPPOSED TO RIDE IT”.. and my stepdad made me let the kid on her evem tho i argued and argued amd argueddd. Well the kid got on her and lottie had her ears pinned.. she was pawing at the ground with her BROKEN AND UNPROTECTED HOOVES (she wont let me near her enough to have them redone and taken care of.. and we finally caught her once but the people who were supposed to do her hooves didnt show and didnt contact us or anything) and i honestly shoved the kid off. Like being completely honest. I shoved the lil kid off and walked my horse away. My point is.. a horse IS what im missing in my life. I dont have a horse, i instead have i terrified, scared, injured, previously abused animal. I wish they could stop touching my animal so she can turn into a horse again. I feel you my friend.

This is the second video like this I watched this morning. Same thing, unruly horse and a human who was told to throw the horse away. Also 3 years of work. So inspirational. Makes me feel so much better about my boy (but also bad since I've had him 3 years and only managed a bit of progress) when he's misbehaving. I got bucked off last night, lol. Mine likes to kick, bite and buck BUT not because he's angry, it's because he doesn't fully understand what's happening and he wants to have some fun. DESPITE his bad behavior, he DOES connect with me and will follow forward and backwards at my shoulder without a rope. He's getting there day by day. From the horse that would run you over on the lead rope to the horse with listens to the slightest command on the lead rope. Day by day. Thanks for inspiring me to keep going :D

laura dobranic Yes the horse is being a horse but you also need to mimic horses herd instincts and be the leader otherwise you’ll get hurt. Contrary to some people’s beliefs, you and your horse can’t be equal. That’s no how horses work. If you treat your horse like you two are equal the horse will always be confused as to who is the leader because in a herd their needs to be a leader. If you aren’t the leader then the horse will push you around (doing what the leader in the herd does) and eventually hurt you. It really is just basic horse logic.

This has really helped me, when I was younger, for about 3months, I would always be worried about going riding, but then when I got back on the first time I fell off my favourite horse mystic, I never wanted to get back on. And right at this moment, I’m thinking that I need to push myself and not be scared when I go riding. And believe in myself. So thank you so much for helping with this! I love you and everyone who is reading this now, stay safe this this horrible pandemic! I love each and everyone one of you! God bless. 💜💜

Still have her-she’s has her mare days, but she hasn’t beat my ass since the chiropractor was there. I can say, with truth in my heart, I love her, now. Not afraid of her anymore. Love this video!! I‘m spechless.. this is so beautiful. You two are an amazing team and I wish I could train my horse like this but this will never be possible. I always wonder what‘s your style of working? Natural Horsemanship or Positive Reinforcement? I think it‘s so hard finding the right way. I always work with some treats because it motivates my horse a lot and then I‘m seeing people doing it without treats and immediately I feel bad because I can‘t do it without. My horse wouldn‘t do anything 😅

TeamChimahra ha my horse is the opposite: she won’t do anything just for a treat, but she works pretty well with natural horsemanship lol
@celinaludvigsen8906
@celinaludvigsen8906 6 жыл бұрын
I would not recommend natural horsemanship, rather use positive reinforcement because it simply motivates the horse much more! I use a lot of treats, and do also give the horse breaks when doing the right thing! Good luck!

Celina Ludvigsen thank you🙏🏼 that‘s the way I go with my horse but I always feel not good enough cuz other people told me my horse is only doing it for the treats.. hearing that you use treats too is a great message for myself. You are a big inspiration for me. Thank you. I hope you understand what I mean. My english isn‘t that good 🙈
