I always wondered, Dan has played with sooo many top players and always asked them something and you know when some dudes in your local club try to explain a certain tecnique, do the tips of pros vary? And if it is the case, could you guys talk about it in a future episode? I think many viewers really liked the part of kirill explaining some absurt tecnical detail that like 99% of tt players never even get see... Keep it up guys

@@TTDJoe Hi Joe. One quick and easy way, since you're all mic'd up, would be to increase the gain of the pre-amps (until it's safe to do so). If that's not enough, you can treat the wall behind you with some diffusers (note that I didn't say absorbers). This acoustics stuff becomes very complicated at this point. Another easy option would be removing the reverb in post, using iZotope's De-verb (or de-reverb, I don't remember the exact name). I really thought the reverb was added in post production. I couldn't concentrate on the dialogue... But that's on my ADHD

Hi guys! I am a big fan of what you do. Your podcasts are incredible. This time, however, I must respectfully point out that carrying on with a "business as usual" attitude while two of the best players of the current generation have been made to quit early is not okay. Steve Dainton and others at WTT are treating international Table Tennis as their personal fiefdom. WTT must not be allowed to get away with brazen coercion and bullying. I sincerely hope that you guys use your reach and platform to raise your voices against WTT's coercive rules.

This was filmed on 19th Dec, whereas FZD & CM’s announcement was on 27th Dec. We filmed a recap of 2024 on the same day for the next pod so that obviously doesn’t reference it either. But rest assured, we like the entire community want to see FZD & CM back on the circuit as soon as possible! So we’ll discuss it at some point when we get to film the next one ❤
