It's odd when indi was talking about her anxiety and the fear of someone trying to kill her every fiber of my being was telling me you need to protect her keep her safe. But to be fair that's just how I am I have that intense protective instinct. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Indi I’ve been in and out of hospitals and treatment centers since I was a child and I really recommend getting tested for other mental health diagnoses other then anxiety. Anxiety does not cause paranoia. It’s the reverse the paranoia causes the anxiety. The thoughts trigger the anxiety. There are a couple different diagnoses that paranoia is the main attribute in but it’s not my place to do that so please share your experiences and thought with a psychiatrist because there is definitely more than anxiety going on. I hope they can help you. Awareness is the first step.
