I can already see the difference in everyone’s energy toward the new house. Everyone seems happy and more relaxed already. They clearly knew the other house wasn’t for them, it just didn’t feel right. This feels like a fresh start in the right place, and good to be closer to Lo and Tanner. Good job all around, and the house looks beautiful! Can’t wait to see more of the tour.

@staceyerikson4982 Well, there's people for everything. And parents at that. They could have ignored our concerns. I'm gladly surprised they didn't. At the end of the day, I was worried about Sunny's mental health and how that would affect her currently and later in life when she realizes the layout of the house and her "place" in it (which would also represent her "role" within the family). The fact that they realised it too and changed it, it's much more than what other parents are eager to do. Everyone makes mistakes. Dereck was especially happy that both kid's rooms are now across from each other. So I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and understanding that maybe Sunny being in the basement had more to do with Sarah than with Dereck. As I have already mentioned in previous videos, Sarah didn't have the best relationship with her own mother, and many times, you can see how she projects it onto Sunny through the videos. I'm just happy this little girl is out of the basement, and the rest, we can not control! I ALWAYS encourage people to go to therapy before having kids, so they don't continue the chain of trauma onto their kids. Let's hope they get this and are taking the necessary steps towards being more fair as parents. Anyway, parents will affect their kids no matter what sometimes, and I've seen worse. (And it's not that the way they treat Jack is perfect either, but that's a whole different story). The fact that they rectified themselves is, to me, a cause of celebration. I prefer that over parents who don't even listen and put their kids at dangerous mental circumstances because of their own inner-child wounds and caprice.

Alittle harsh saying what you said about Sarah, do you know her personally? Do you know the family on a deeper level beyond what they film and show us ? I doubt it, and yet you write about Sarah as though you know her beyond youtube 🤔 strange ! Sarah and Derek and great parents, and you are a total stranger to them, you or anyone don't have the right to judge them, or let alone decide for them what's good or bad decisions they make in their own home and for their children! Just consider yourself lucky you get to see this Wonderful family grow, because THEY allow you too ! So maybe you should reconsider be so judgemental about a family you don't know ! I have studied psychology all my life, and I can see things beyond what everyone else sees / notices. And proudly so. However, I was not the only one with this concern, and having a newborn's bedroom in a basement IS a real concern. You sound more obsessed with them and idealising them than me, for just voicing out an actual and valid concern. I don't know them, and I don't need to know them to notice that a newborn alone in a basement is not only physically dangerous but also mentally dangerous for the baby. Also, I'm not here creating things to justify my points, I pay attention to the information they reveal in their videos, and you can see attitudes/thoughts/microexpressions, etc, on them. If you cannot, I'm sorry for you? You should follow your own advice and scroll on if you don't agree. I'm not the one believing to "know" them through their videos, I'm using what I see in the videos to tie up why they may make certain decisions at a psychological level. As I said, nobody asked for your approval; And when you point a finger at someone, just know that the other 4 fingers are being pointed towards yourself. Judging me for your perceived judgement? And so because of that I just don't have trust that they mean what they say. If they can make it in this house for over a year then I will gladly say I was wrong but until then, we'll have to wait and see.

Like Lo and Tanner left Hawaii and they were so sad talking about how things change so fast, the they decide to leave Hawaii due to sudden feelings and oppurtunities that came about. Move in with her parents because after a small search for a home of their own, they felt there was nothing they were happy with, so the feeling of building their perfect home was the best option. A year later they suddenly put an offer in for another home less then a mile away from Lo and Tanner, because a feeling suddenly made them feel this was now their dream home. And after 4 offers made above theirs pulled out, they feel its meant to be. Parents at 30 with two kids need to smarten up and get a feeling for settling down. No family is smart if a feeling made you buy a new home before even thinking about putting the old one on the market that only recently got completed with the finishing of their dream basement in the house they say they love so much because it was perfect for them due to having everything they wanted in a home. Why would they want to share a before and after of their other homes basement when it doesnt matter anymore, since they dont live there. Finally, apologizing to strangers for upsetting them with their move is stupid, especially when you claim to not care what people say about your life, because it works for their family and life. Anyone with commen sense can see this apology was because they dont wanna lose subscribers. Subscribers make them money and money is all they care about. Anyone who really thinks they care about what any of us have to say, I am sorry, but thats naive. But now a 2 and 5 year old have their very own youtube channel. Whats their defense on that gonna be? Because they wanna keep track of the special moments for memories when their older? I mean, I thought sharing them on their channel was for that reason, so why the need to double post them on 2 seperate channels? I used to love this family up until this last year. The fact thwre are so many that defend their actions is quite concerning for what this world has come to, if this is what truly makes people think they are such amazing parents. So yep, I am judging them based on seeing short looks into their lifes, that they edit and choose to share. The same short glimpse that makes others believe they are good parents. So if its wrong to conclude to a dislike for them over that, how is possible to conclude that they are good parents based off the same glimps

We just moved for the 20th time in 14 yrs - finally after a massive rental crisis, we bought our own unfinished Barndo, on 5 acres, and we are sharing our journey! Our last move was the hardest - just my husband and I for the most of it, and we had 4 hrs of help from 2 guys in our family. Our new space hasn’t been cleaned in 14 yrs (long story) and we also had to clean the old space! To add to that, we had 11 puppies on our first night in our “new” home and I’m 56 and feel like a fossil from exhaustion lol. You guys are blessed, loved and make it look so smooth and amazing! I feel like I’m oddly living vicariously thru the Beestons lol - your content is addictive!

I hope you guys stay as happy as you are right this very moment. Sarah you just glow when you talk about it even though you can plainly see how tired you both are. I have a suggestion for you two being that I’m a mom of 15 children, My husband and I took one weekend a year and got a hotel for sleeping a whole weekend away. Yes that’s right you get a room and SLEEP when you want however long you want as many times a day as you want. Do not make any plans on going out or going shopping or anything at all not even going out to dinner. ( Order in) watch movies or shows or bring a couple low key board games like Scrabble or something like that and just enjoy a peaceful restful weekend together just sleeping. I’m sure one of the grandparents will gladly take the kids for the weekend. But I truly think this will help you both. No work. No gym. No kids. No planning. No editing videos. It’s a lazy weekend. Like completely LAZY WEEKEND!!!!!!!!
