There is no time limit for grief. You never really get over losing a loved one. I lost my Mother just over 2 years ago and I miss her every day. As time goes on it gets easier but your loved one is always with you in your heart and memory.

Hi, really good video, so good to talk about these things on here, as a lot of people are embarrassed or ashamed to talk about this kind of stuff, I had a lot of issues on the pill too, completely messed up my hormones every month! Not sure if it’s helpful atall but cutting right down on sugar and getting extra sleep really helped with my periods, always found that when I eat a lot of sugar my moods and period pains get worse! Again might not be useful but maybe look up inflammatory foods, cutting back on those and eating anti inflammatory foods might help, I’m vegan too and I eat a range of everything (junk and whole foods) but I always feel better when I’m eating more whole food based esp round my period. Sugar is the worst for me! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Obvs it’s not the same for everyone but hopefully this helps! X
