Congrats on new rig. Pls do a rundown if not to late on the bt. Bought klms date upgrades, failures, costs directy related to klms travlled. My fam are Bout to do a big trip in a 2012 bt so would like to know the shortfalls, this cross references with the px ranger so double plug for views.

Hiya, I did a vid maybe a year ago going over everything on our BT50. It's a great vehicle. Since then only a few breakages. 1. Over heating due to radiator clutch fan (actually went through 2 of them now). 2. Drive shaft broke. Have been told the uni joints are a weak point on them so something to keep an eye on your self. Particularly if towing. It has otherwise been a fantastic car for doing what we do.

I live in Missouri, the middle of the US. We used to live on the west coast and camped often, since we've moved it has been a lot less frequent but as we get more settled in we are going a bit more. I just find it very interesting the differences and similarities between our set ups. I have to have a converter available when you talk numbers and weights HAHA. In the last video I watched was getting your weights right. Correct me if I am wrong but 6000 kilograms is the total combined weight of the car and caravan correct? 6000Kilo converts to just over 13,000lbs, thats what we call CGVWR, Combined Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. My F150 has a CGVWR of 14,300lbs so just under 6500K. I just find that very interesting and it makes me wonder why when my truck is so much bigger. Hi there, yes it sounds like your CGVWR and our GCM are the equivalent of each other. however 6500kg seems low for a F150, I just googled F150 GCM in Australia and it came up with 7765kg or 17119 lb's. We will be back putting out videos very soon, thanks for watching them.

Hey mixo. I actually agree with you on so many points. The weekly requirement is so challenging due to our commitments to work and school. We basically try to do 2 full time jobs to hit that requirement, it's super stressful. As for not sharing what we are doing. I personally wanted to say what the car was but then at the same time, if I do, when it's all finished and I share the new car, if everyone knows what it is already many don't click the new video that I spent hours preparing. It's just the YT game, I try to be more honest and forthright than average but I still have to play the YT game because I'm trying to succeed with it. Hope you can understand and thanks for sticking with us, see you in a few months.
