I’m 62 retired Teacher , I barely get through TSA when I travel because “they see something “ I carry my Dr’s paperwork with me and let the airline know as well, take it easy, no more yard work ( lol), this too shall pass, In Jesus name ❤️ When I saw you getting the Tens unit shock, it brought back memories of when I had it done on my back, with minimal results , but research, research and do more research and explore your options, Gods got y’all for sure 💪🏾

I had a small similar issue with my knee/leg. And ended up taking 2 months off . I did physical therapy. Used ice packs. Used a cane. I kept my leg propped up and it got better.

Brian, I had a hip replacement back in 2023. Also a knee replacement in 2018. By far, the hip replacement was very easy procedure compared to the other surgeries I’ve had. So don’t let the fear of a hip replacement delay your recovery. Prayers for you ❤❤

Speaking about health and check ups. As a flight attendant myself, I feel your pain. I always refer people to look at executive health check-ups. (Malaysia) (Istanbul) (Bangkok). At max it costs around 1k/ 2k and will scan EVERYTHING and it's internationally approved and vetted by doctors here in the U.S. Not many people know about it but it's a way to 1.)travel the world to a destination where the U.S. dollar is strong and you wont spend hardly anything, allowing you to save more than you would in the US. 2. ) can get ALL the answers to everything from, blood, bones, muscles, eyes, teeth, p&p (bodily excerments) and 3.) travel content for your channel :). It sounds like a hernia you might need a MRI or CT scan to confirm it. If the results show a muscle strain, it will take some time to heal. Love watching you guys.🙂

I am 71 years. Old. I had sciatica in the growing area for, Six months Very stressful since I work in fast food. Went to the dentist and got a tooth extraction was given pain medication. Sciatica went away no more pain in my growing Go figure. They gave me. Amoxicill 875mg for 14 day and ibuprofen 800mg for pain It might help. Not A MD.

I am certainly sorry to hear about your medical problems Brian. I have over the past 10 years had both hips replaced, so I can certainly sympathize with the pain/discomfort that you are experiencing. One bit of advice, check behind everything that your medical people recommend for you. 90% of my problems have been caused by mistakes/errors that doctors and other medical personnel have caused. For an MRI they would need insurance approval that's why most ER won't do it unless it's a true emergency. Guess they think it can wait.
