sounds excellent, really miss being in 1994 when Jungle just exploded before Drum n' Bass morphed out it, still had closer connections to the original Breakbeat Hardcore styles with Noise Factory, Kemet; Reinforced etc. Let's not forget the controversial General Levy - hah! Well there was Jungle, for the dance floor, in this style here, but there was also "intelligent drum n bass" which emphasised the bass a lot more, not as fast, not as rapid, but way more produced, way more computer programmed, more mixed for clarity and atmospherics than just blasting it for the dance floor, much more binaural as it were, more electronic than just rapid beats and definitely less "jungle" yup

Not on a mainstream level. Here in Toronto everything died down. I've got friends on Metalheadz that get no gigs in North America. I've noticed music in general is starting to become good again across many different genres however, and as per internet usage, anything can become mainstream now overnight so the fight to keep our underground music completely underground is no longer a thing, if we get more amen breaks with reggae toasts above 165bpm in the top ten plays on streaming platforms; it's a wrap.@@DjNikGnashers

I think a simplicity of sound design and arrangement, and a lot of samples usage is what making jungle jungle. DnB is a huge thing with a lot of subgenres and you can call DnB pretty much anything with fast bpm and DnB drum pattern. You should remember that genres are very vague concept, people making too much various stuff and mixing everything with everything
