I came up with the similar game idea as this in Lego Worlds (just not that complex). I put a carboard piece in the middle of TV so that me and my brother can't see each others game (ah yes, split-screen multiplayer fun), then in the game, we got into a big city and one of us dressed like a NPC while the other one had to find him. It was a great fun :D

Watch dogs-2 , I think has an event like this where you either hack another player that is trying to carry out a task, or be the tasker. gotta hack without being caught, or find the one who is trying to hack you. Its literally the most fun thing to do in that game. people are not so easy to spot. There is more to it but you get the point.
