There's always one tether on the cap threating that sticks. It's there specifically to keep the cap secured to the retaining ring. It's inconvenient for the lip interface, but ultimately you don't end up losing the cap since it's right there. It's one of those convenient inconveniences.

Since then I love horrormovies (and games as well) because on the other hand I was fascinated that something fake can scare you so much. So we probably love horror because it's a bit nostalgic.

So for the funsies, and cause it came up earlier in the video, there is a logic behind common core (and Im not promoting it, I dont like it either). With technology like calculators and phones becoming prominent, its becoming people are relying on them more. Old traditional methods arent being used or practiced as much. As a result, people rely on and trust the calculator; often without thinking or considering the result. But checking it is too cumbersome and kinda defeats the point. So instead of teaching methods of doing it by hand, you teach methods that can be done as mental math... but show how to do it on paper. The things you do in common core are methods to do the math and retain the numbers in your head more easily; its mental math, on paper. That way, when you use the calculator, you can have a rough estimate of if the result is near what it should be. The biggest issue I see with it is that there are different ways to do mental math and some dont click as well for many people and look bizarre when written down.

Death card is not a bad card, it just means The End of something. Hanged Man means surrender, sacrifice and form of higher wisdom. Most cards are neutral. Tower is the big exception, where right side it means bad and upside down it means worse than bad. Never understood why that didn't do more in Phasmo xD I feel like they need to be reworked, so the Hanged Man does the same as a wish for knowledge and Tower instead is the instakill.

A small detail that makes me wonder - right after you leave the facility in the 1st ending and Liam blames himself for killing all the people - there are blood stains all over the corridor BEHIND the door along with an opened medkit both downstairs and along the stairs towards the exit. Whereas he never left that room with repeating cycles up till then always ending by him entering the machine and rewinding - but then he would never be able to see past these doors. And if he did escape the cycle, then he had no reason to return. This either suggest,in my opinion, that either he had not killed those people OR there was a survivor who left the place after the rampage.

i have adhd and dyscalculia, back then no one knew and I took a few remedials as well but somehow avoided by skirting away with a c in most until I would get sick or harder maths I couldn't keep up with/teachers that didn't teach in a way I 'got'. I but felt badly, it affected me greatly later on in life as someone who had A's and honor classes in other areas. mental health is important.

Really enjoyed this one. @Insym I have a question and figured with your game dev knowledge you might have insight. It seems that in indie games the captions in games very often misalign with the voice acting. IE: @ 58:04 It's small but I've noticed it often enough to ask if there's an underlying cause outside of just a bit of missed polish. Are there often translation issues etc?

I'm been in one mirror house as a kid and unlike everyone I just walked through like it was nothing. Everyone else was bumping into to thing's left and right while I didn't so much as touch a single one...that was until the end where you go up a slight ramp and see the exit and my tiny brain shut of and I ran straight into it at full speed only realizing my mistake staring right at my own face the cleaver designer set it up for people that don't normally fall for mirrors so at the vary end they simply think it's over when they see the exit

This reminds me so much of Noah's Ark in Kennywood Park, Pittsburgh PA. Which coincidentally is about an hour and a half drive from Youngstown , Ohio. I wonder if the creators got their inspiration from it. There are multiple scenes that remind me of it. Especially going down in the mine elevator. The walk through ride itself though isn't meant to be overly scary. Just unnerving enough to create certain fear receptors. Like losing your balance, Going through weird corridors that don't feel right, Jump scares.. etc. But no blood and gore or the devil in a typical US Haunted House simulation.

cannot help but feel this game took heavy inspiratoin from Layers of Fear. What with the obscured but abusive past, the child, and even the significant other misshapen into some kind of monster. The presentation manages to be pretty unique and still be a really enjoyable game though. Definitely more nuanced than Layers of Fear back when it came out.

Death isn’t a bad card since it’s just about choices that can be a little difficult but not impossible to overcome, the Hanged Man isn’t too bad either but it’s very representative of hard choices that you can’t escape from. Now if you want a bad card, that’ll be The Tower. That card is disastrous
