The climate there will grow abundant Stinging Nettles and Eyebright herbs - tincture together this combo blocks histamines and reduces allergic symptoms. I make one on my site called Allergy Relief. Also another combo that we make as a tea is Pine Needles, Elderberries, Sassafras LEAVES (not root), and Rosehips. Very tasty so if you can get those ingredients it will bring relief to Jordan.

Absolutely LOVE the "decorated" cabinet doors. About 25 years ago, we had a neighborhood cat walk across our freshly poured garage floor...the contractor though we'd be upset, but we loved it. Every time we sweep the garage floor, those concrete pawprints bring a smile to our faces!

Good morning guys, hey Jordan, when joining wood planks or two pieces of wood, apart from the glue, if it's possible use fluted dowel pins. If they don't have them in Boquete (they might have them at the hardware store) you can make them using a small piece of wood. That will make the junction a lot stronger.

if you make a floating table off the counter edge by the refrigerator,, like they make in a RV trailer,,,, use a pipe upward into a 90 degree angle then long pipe into 90 degree angle then pipe upward into threaded pipe end attached into the underside of plank table. this moves around as spare table top for cooking.

My advice, Lots of small meals with leafy green vegetables] and eat before you are hungry. Be careful with spicy foods. Rest before you get tired, lots of fresh water, pre natal vitamins are a must and taking them at night will help calm your system. Please consider limiting caffeine. If you are dragging go with it. I drank a cup of hot almond milk with a small bit of coffee through my pregnancies..I had afternoon sickness.

Why take down the greenhouse? It's so cool. But a long hoop house would be better for more space. You can get steel mesh panels for reinforcing cement and bend them into your arch. Use 18" of 3/8" rebar bent into staples to hold it down. You can make it as long as you want by adding them end to end. It's easy, not crazy expensive, and pretty tough. Hope that helps. Congratulations on your life changing news!! You'll be great parents!

Hey guys, when you want to join two or more boards together you want to use dados or dowels. Simply putting the boards next to each other with glue will not hold. I’m afraid you will see your countertop come apart soon but you can use it as a template for the next one. Also, you want to call them drawer fronts, not faceplates. 😉 congrats on baby J and all the progress you are making!

Listeriosis is one of the things that kills them off if they get sick. Its a horrible scary way for them to go too and even with all the meds their odds aren't as good with that as opposed to say goat polio (thiamine deficiency which looks similar) long as their wormloads are low then they are fine usually. They are resilient to a lot of the germs so long as their wormload/parasites stays down. Goats usually have some but over deworming/timed dewormings has caused a built up resistance to the dewormers for the parasites. It helps to do fecal tests before and after deworming methods to see if whatever way you do it works. Even natural dewormers. They can work but its important to see that it effectively knocks them down. Goats are really resilient so long as their guts are happy. When they get out of balance then they become susceptible to all the germs etc. I think thats like anything or anyone though. When our immune system is down we get sick and our immune systems are down when we are overly stressed or our guts are upset from bad foods.
