Atlantis never has balanced analysis anyway. Never analysed Utd players when ETH was manager, he was the scapegoat then, now it’s Martinez. The team is a collective, not just one individual player or manager being the big problem. To be clear Martinez has made mistakes this season, but that can happen after a long layoff, fitness & match sharpness play a role. Where’s the analysis on his first season before labelling him like this based off part of a season? Players do go through a bad runs of form sometimes, it’s part and parcel of the game. There’s no issue with criticising a player/manager as long all factors are considered and that it’s balanced. It’s like you’re saying no one can call dalot performances poor, just because you feel martinez are worse. It’s not binary, both can be criticised. Overall in his last 5 matches statistically Martinez has been has been a good player, just with a couple of errors, which all players can make. Analysis is supposed to present all facts, not just be an opinion piece.

I think majority of martinez errors under Amorim have came in cup games where the whole back line is different meaning the chemistry is not there and also the fact that the central CB is either Lindelöf or Evans doesn’t help as well. Martinez is not a bigger issue than Rashford. Totally mental to claim that. Rashford has been abysmal for most parts of the season. He has a consistency like a jellyfish and work rate like a sloth. Do you think Brantwaith is good enough right now to play in the United side? Like, factoring his age. Who would you replace Licha with? Stylistically, he is what Amorim wants, but the level is not there. Schlotterbeck, Inacio, Van De Ven, Bastoni, Hancko, Lucumi, Lukeba. I personally can't think of other options that are theoretically attainable. But for the first two and the last three, im not sure if they are of the required level. Van De ven is injured. Bastoni is perfect, but its not clear whether he is ACTUALLY attainable(would be my dream signing).

brantwaite is way better than people give him credit for, i like schlotterbeck but he constantly makes stupid mistakes, inacio is the best player on your list, van de ven is injury prone and apart from pace there's not much going on there, hancko is pretty good but more of a fb but he would be great at lcb, lucumi is decent but also error prone, lukeba is a solid option but we should have gotten him back when he was at lyon, same thing with zeno debast, diomande and david carmo

Some of his critics are valid, such as these then some arent, like selling rasmus for gyokeres. Yoro Rasmus Mainoo and Amad (not garnacho because garnacho still needs to prove himself more) are part of the future that we are trying to build. So to sell him for gyokeres, who currently is better, imo is not a good move. We can buy him but not at the expense of Rasmus.

Good collation of the errors. Its clear to see something has really changed for him, in his first season his anticipation and defensive instincts were top notch. He definitely needs dropping for now and told in no uncertain terms that he needs to fix up. Realistically, hes the only one of our CBs that has proven himself to be able to play consistent line breaking passes on the ground. So anyone who replaces him has to have this quality. Brainwaite, Maguire, De Ligt doesnt give me confidence in terms of distribution.

Martinez is not the only problem he is part of it. It is a combination of average inconsistent plays that translate into the results we have. We have to be ruthless, these players are not as good as they think. They will do better at other clubs. They have created a comfort zone of average play at United that has made it impossible for them to succeed here.

To even say he's more of a problem than Rashford, my goodness!🤦 Lisha has had bad games this season but before the Spurs game, Lisha had one the highest last dish tackles in the EPL. Lisha has to improve a lot but trust me there are at least 10 players I'd sell before even considering him What he needs is competition and to get up to pace. He's not been the same since that Metatarsal injury. Saying he's worse than Rashford and probably Shaw who has been in the club for nearly 10 years now is an overstretch

After like 9 game sin a back 3 we are replacing martinez i like your videos but this one is one sided as hell theres no analysis just pointing out errors you dont delve into his offensive numbers or the fact that defending as an outside back is much more different so theres a learning curve. Are you joking? His calmness on the ball and line breaking passes are key to the way we play. Against spurs, it was a makeshift backline. Alongside De Ligt and Maz Martinez has been solid, and in the derby, he was class.
