If they cut for a PG version, and we got this, does that mean that will the next version have a full hour of R rated material? Really? If you cut the R rated materials from most movies, for TV, then the movie is usually only about 10 mins shorter. So a solid hour of sex and gore and strong language? Really? Somehow, I doubt it.

he also doesn't have pre-established characters like Superman and Batman with built in fan bases to hide the fact he doesn't do enough with fleshing out the characters.

We need to stop talking about this film and assume that Snyder had nothing to do with its release. It IS Snyder's fault becasue Netflic got the idea from him and his fanbase. Besides, regardless of whose idea it was in the first place, Snyder did agree to it.

Snyder should be grateful with Netflix. They are the only company which opened the door for him after the WBD-DC disaster. Every time something goes wrong, fans blame everyone but Snyder, the director/producer/writer/cinematographer

its the fault netflix and snyder both, there wont be a move like this if it was some other director, so its fair to say its both, also the same thing is the fault of amazon, games workshop and henry cavill, these executives and A holes knows that these non organic hype works before, so they are just doing it again. snyder have the snyder cut, and henry have the superman and the witcher, both playing victim BS, with agendas and not actual talent

I didn’t mind part 1 but part 2 went downhill fast. Action could be cool but I didn’t care about anything that was happening. With 4hrs of screen time Snyder still failed to get me attached to these characters. I was just bored. I’m done with this franchise now. Great review!

Pretty bad movie. A beautiful disaster is how I can describe it. Both movies were poorly written. Maybe it's time to let the AI write movies? It seems like Hollywood is out of ideas. They dropped the ball on casting as well.
