It's a good thing - filming at a different time of year gives them fresh stuff to film - filming 11 summers in a row is crazy + then we don't have to deal with a pregnant Lala storyline (yawn)

I don’t think they need a pause, I think they need to dump the misogyny and let this play out organically. Stop trying to produce the outcome that management wants. Viewers are not stupid, we see the bs that production is shoving down our throats.

Am ok with them taking a break. I didn't like this season at all. It felt like the invasion of the body snatchers featuring Blah blah, shady Scheana, broke Brock and Jax and Brit. They turned on Ariana all because she's working hard to to get back on track financially and they are mad about that ? Jealous........

If they let this play out organically, we would not be in this pause! Dump the misogynists and start over. Even with production trying to influence our perception of the cast’s personalities, we see thru the bs. We viewers are not the fools production thinks we are.

I think Lala seems jealous of Katie and Ariana’s closeness and business partnership. The scene where she said something to the effect of “I don’t reach out to you anymore Katie because you’re so close to Ariana and idk where I stand with you,” is the main reason I feel that way.

Her only storyline was deciding to do iui with a sperm donor and she’d already talked about it last season. It was like a one episode story. The rest of the time she was just hating and agitating like a producer

Great review as always. Whats really interesting is the bigger group, particularly Stassi, who has proven time and time again that she is above it all and how toxic the show is, because she is incredibly close to Lala, Katie and Schwartz, but keeps the drama from the show away from her family. She even interacts with Scheana, Ariana, Dayna and James. She's also on good terms with Kristin and Lisa. She's cut Jax and Britrany and yet both of them constantly mention how much they miss her, but surprisingly dont ever badmouth her or Beau. My point is to be able to separate the issues and problems everyone has with each other and keep it away without anybody demanding loyalty proves it can be done... just not on the show and so many of them are willing to sacrifice relationships just to be on tv. Its crazy!

Don't fool yourself. Stacy thinks she's playing the long game. She thinks she's better than reality TV but the offers aren't coming in. She's never coming back and we don't care. She was a nasty person and if she's associating with those people she still is. Don't forget she was fired. She was told to leave that's why she keeps it separate mate. Think about it

I think there's something up with Andy. No VPR, no Bravo Con, no Valley reunion, and he seemed actually annoyed with Ariana with his little quips about her violent anger and also saying "how nice for you" in a not-so-nice way when she was talking about doing her other gigs. And there were rumors about him quitting/being let go not too long ago even though they said it's not true, I smell something fishy. Just a guess though.

That’s a good point! Maybe they’re re-evaluating things - there’s been quite a few cast shakeups on other housewives shows too. Andy definitely seemed annoyed at Ariana at wwhl

Absolutely, the dumb Tom's have been behaving horrible for years and have only gotten rewarded with restaurants with their names and producers favorite editing. The girls are the ones who have gotten the bad end of the deal and they are the stars of VPR, they make this show ! I question if the producers like women ?

Thank you for the great update, I do not listen to anything La Blah or Scheana have to say, and I unsubscribed from their podcasts long ago! I don’t think they realize that the fans made them relevant and we can also ignore them and make them irrelevant, and you are correct they really did not have a good storyline other than trying to make Ariana look bad. It did not work and I think Alex Baskin now knows it did not work!! To me, Katie and Ariana were the only two genuine people on the show!!!

I think another reason is actually because Lala broke down on Amazon live, says she wants to just enjoy her baby life now because she is getting backlash and can't handle her ex fans(who she calls crazies, weirdos and strangers) clapping back at her.. Lala is JEALOUS pure and simple(I think)... especially after meeting Dan🤭. I've been jealous in my life, and didn't even know it! and was acting like Lala. The sandwich sisters are free and loving their lives and it kills lala (and Sheshu) because they are STRUGGLING and tied down with responsibilities. Just my humble opinion. Love your outlooks and podcast. ❤ Stay strong, we've almost made it to the end😄

Nobody wanted to see Tom rehabilitated. We wanted to see him grovel. If they can’t give us that, then get rid of him. He needs to be gone. For good. And he can take his soul mate Swartz with him. Since they are moving in together, they can both be gone. As for Scheana, she can go too. Unless we can start talking about why Brock doesn’t take care of his other two kids. Now I would watch that. And the divorce between these two that is inevitable.

I’m glad they aren’t filming. This whole season of fake BS has been ridiculous. I’m tired of being gaslighted by bravo, Lala and the Tom’s. I don’t believe anything Tom says on this season, he ruined his redemption arc by going on the viall files etc. If bravo thinks people are going to be interested in the Tom’s moving in together and being middle aged creepers preying on girls young enough to be their daughters, that will go over as well as sandoval’s redemption arc!

Was Scumdevil a producer this season as an incentive? They desperately wanted Rachel back but wouldn’t pay her extortion demands. Lala happily tried to bring her back despite her disgust for her last season. We finally see how Sandoval held Arian back…no wonder she was depressed. It seems most of the cast were directed by Sandoval except for James and Katie…and of course Ariana. It was almost as if Bla Bla and Scheana were Sandoval’s PR reps. I always admired LVP but this season I’m so disappointed in her manipulations.
