I really hate that your first thought isn't "we get to have an amazing family experience that we will remember for years to come" and instead is "I hope people wont judge us or be too mad that we are taking another family trip". How awful is it to live life that way, and how awful that random people who comment on a ten minute video influence that. Bonnie I pray that hopefully as you continue on this awesome journey with your family that you can let go of others opinions on what your family does, and focus on just being with your family and having these memories and videos to look back on. Well, but she kind of depends on other people's opinions, because without an audience this channel wouldn't exist. It is not a privilege to watch her. There are tons of other family vloggers out there, who are ready to take the spotlight. Without the audience, without the KZbin revenue they wouldn't be able to go to Hawaii or Disneyland. She says in the video that a sponsorship made it happen (Disneyland). So, honestly... yes, Bonnie is a great mother and a very likeable person. But don't give her too much credit. Voicing her fear that people will be pissed about back-to-back vacations is because it can have an effect on the views and the subs. And, if the Hoelleins would stop vlogging you might be sad for a day or two, but you would move on and watch someone else. For them, it would mean that they lose a major source of income. So, who's the privileged party here?

Exactly. I remember in the late 80's when the show "Roseanne" got onto TV people loved that the family portrayed had money trouble and weight issues, because that is real life. People got sick of perfect families where Dad was a doctor and Mom was a lawyer. I fear that, in the long run, daily vloggers will have the same problem. Not being relatable anymore is a big issue.

No way can anyone justify judging you for a sponsor sending you and your children to Disney land or anywhere for that matter. who wouldn't jump on a trip like that. I know I would. my biggest issue is when you tubers begin to flaunt their money to create content. You don't need to be flashy to create.. my favorite you tubers are relatable ,hanging out in the backyard, playing with their kids....not their fancy cars, houses, toys.... although if I were them I'd also have the same nice things...just don't NEED to be fancy to create good content. Fabulous for you all. In New Jersey, kids have mandatory attendance days. If you miss days, your grade is not completed. Summer school must be attended even if you have all your work done and have perfect grades. Are any other areas the same?

A friend's daughter was straight A's, senior year of high school could not graduate with her class because she missed attending the appropriate days. She was ill but did not have Doctor notes for all of the days. The school would not let her "walk" with her class. She had to do Summer school just for time.

Life is too short as it is. Take advantage of being able to take family vacations when you can. My late husband and I tried for years to take our twin girls to Disney but with his disability it just wasn't possible. Two weeks before he passed away he made me promise to take our girls to Disney World. I kept that promise and made it the trip/dream of a lifetime for them. Even though they were only 12 at the time, it was the best (as hard as it was because Dad wasn't with us) When we looked at our photos we saw he was there with us in every photo of my girls as they were surrounded by a white mist. Disney will ALWAYS have a very special place in our hearts. Love your family!

Let them be children for goodness sakes! Let them save for their futures & enjoy their life. KZbin will not be around forever I'm sure. They're intelligent children who decided off of their own back to save when most their age would have spent it.

I personally would LOVE to teach my children to give back to others, whether they saved the money themselves or not. I'm sure Bonnie already does that. I wasn't telling them they HAD to do it. I'm sorry you feel it would take away from them being "children".
