I can't understand KZbin. And if they don't find a compromise, i will quit my premium account as soon as possible. The most of my videos are doll repaint videos from different artists. I'd liked, commented and shared your videos. Your dolls are artwork and no toys for children, cuz you can't play with them. I've signed both the petition and comment on regulations.gov. this new rule KZbin is having is totally unfair to KZbinrs like me you and so many other talented and amazing creators. If this happens, family-friendly content will be going down and I don't want to pay $42,250 per video. Thier are better ways to have ad-free content and is not the creators fault that their personalized ads, KZbin Kids and Premium are better alternatives to this.

This is just sad. Kids aren't old enough to say what is truely age appropriate and what isn't. Adults like all kinds of things too. Anime, doll customizing, music, art, etc.... This has gotten out of hand. I'm saying this as a 30 yr old woman. I don't allow my god kids or kids i babysit watch anything that i haven't already viewed myself.

You’re right, there is a huge gray area. For example, you have made “scary” Halloween dolls (Mae and the mermaid) who could be scary for children, so those should be marked as not made for kids. But on the other hand, there are characters like Gigi who are cute and therefore might be seen as “kids’ dolls.” But they’re both doll customs. There’s really no difference; they are both works of art. But KZbin doesn’t see that, they just think, “oh, it started as a doll. Made for kids, so this video must be too.” This kind of forces KZbinrs to make their content more “adult.” Customizers shouldn’t have to make their dolls scary or videos profane to be “adults.” I will still watch KZbinrs I like regardless of whether or not they change their content, but I definitely don’t want to change mine. I just started making content on KZbin, and I hoped one day I might even be monitized, but it looks like that’s not an option now. Not only will I not be able to interact with other customizers in the comments of my videos, I won’t be able to reach out to the artists I love. Interacting is a huge part of why I love the art/doll community, and without that it almost feels blank. Like, I’m not making a video for anyone but myself. I won’t know what to improve on, or what I’ve done well. KZbin has made enough mistakes already, and people’s careers are built on this. I wish you the best of luck for your channel.

The Patreon idea is GENIUS!!! I wonder if KZbin has considered adding an age marker on profiles. Simply making all members mark 18 and over would help. That way, when the creator marks their video as "Not for children" only profiles that are marked properly can view. Remember Theia, watching over the waters to protect. Rough waters are ahead, but you have her to protect you. I wish you the best of luck!

For some reason I'm.reminded of the classic films Snow White, and.the Wizard of Oz Originally they were both considered horror movies, as in not meant for children, but, they weren't made to exclude children either they were made to tell their story and be enjoyed now.a days both have been thrown into the children's movie bin regardless of the original intent of the filmmakers

What you could do is start all your videos with a short intro (5 mins of the same repetition) of the dangerous tools and materials that are used to making the content, go into detail about the hazards, regulations, age restrictions for the products and safety data sheets and such?? Also, have a disclaimer like ‘Poppen Atelier’, which is wordy and boring as hell! Then after that you continue as normal??? I think the word “Doll” anywhere is a no-no! The problem is KZbin got sued and they now don’t give a fuck about y’all! I kinda hope KZbin “goes down the tube” for being so blazé and uncaring for content makers! I hope they lose their monopoly to a more caring company. I don’t even make videos and this sucks!

Firstly - your hair is such a beautiful colour, I'm shook. Secondly - i don't understand why they can't give creators the option to say if they'd want kids seeing their videos... Surely there are channels that are aimed exclusively at kids (e.g. that kid who does the toy reviews) and would jump at the chance to have their content exclusively shown on the kids app....? Seems the better solution rather than forcing content aimed at a wider audience to suffer. Even then I know of a few channels who do "toy reviews" for adults e.g. buying knock off action figures from bargain bin stores just to show their audience and have a laugh but if its a "toy review", wouldn't that, by these new rules, be considered kids content? There needs to be a better solution here.

diese neuen regeln sind so kacke qwq und bei jedem video was ich jetzt geschaut habe (dolllightfull, Poppenatelier, moonlightjewel, NerdECrafter,...) kommt mir jedes mal auch der gedanke das die ja auch Animationen im sinne anime mit reinzählen so weit ich es verstanden habe und ich frag mich dann jedesmal wird cosplay mit reinzählen weil da animierte figuren naja umgesetzt werden? zu mal ich mir dann auch wieder denke Anime ist nichts für kinder und auch so doll repaints da werden dinge benutzt an die kinder nicht ran kommen und auch nicht rankommen sollten und wenn ich dann auf instagram so was sehe wie das was Poppenatelier gefunden hat mit dem ''wie entzünde ich mich selbst'' da denk ich mir nur wie sicher ist dieses KZbin kids für die kinder wenn da vllt ''Ausversehen'' solche videos landen? zu mal wer sagt denn dann das die kinder nicht dennoch noch das normale KZbin schauen? passen die eltern auf was ihre kinder machen im internet? nicht wirklich oder? ich glaube das kann man auch gar nicht wirklich kontrollieren... das macht einfach alles keinen sinn für mich und youtube wird so langweilig werden ohne all diese Künstler die jetzt durch ebend diese regeln verscheucht werden qwq ich hoffe so sehr das die einsehen das Künstler Kunst machen und Kunst nicht für Kinder ist
