I have been, first a commercial tenant, then bought our own property to work from, and now a commercial landlord. I am not sure how I feel watching this video. As someone who bought our first yard in 1998 I know how excited and scared you must feel. But as a commercial landlord I also feel for the pitch owner who will need to find a new tenant.

I bought a cheap steamer. Used once seats but seats work well cold water shampoo. Didn't get it. Q. Wayne. What should I use it on. You said vents. Vents before APC chemicals?? I tend concentrate shampoo seats get body clean polished. Then come back to dashboards. I hit the centre console lower as hit seats. It's dashboards under seats in not too clever with.
